I followed the link to download a new copy, but I keep getting the same error. I tried it redownloading at least five times, restarted my computer and using the cleaning tool from Adobe to clean my Adobe files and re-download creative cloud as a whole. When I redownloaded creative cloud, the desktop app open very well, but the Photoshop application now has a sign of orange error beside it saying the update failed. The failure message said there was an unknown error and contact customer support. I have a Mac OS X.

  I got it while you wait for the answer. The "Application Manager", it's not how they settle (how would I know that). I installed the application "Adobe Creative Cloud" and got the new versions.

  Then I launched photoshop download and directed her to the PDapp.exe in the new OOBE folder when asked to do so. Download is not procedure.

  I tried to contact "live chat", but I seem to be on infinite 'hold' with estimated waiting who goes from 23 minutes to 22 minutes to 23 minutes to 22 minutes (did it for 50 minutes today) - I guess that a LOT of people have problems with CC.

  I must say, my 'introduction' to Adobe Creative Cloud certainly was NOT a good.  If I can't get a solution soon, I'll just get a refund on my subscription of the CC and get other software "creative".  Not a happy customer.  I suspected that this subscription CC approach would be problematic, and it is!
