How can I get Adobe Application Manager to start (again)?
Hello!
Application Adobe Manager just told me that there are updates available for Cs5.
I pressed the update, but has noticed that Photoshop and Bridge were running, so I stopped the installation to exit programs.
I stopped the installation when you are supposed to do to get your password for the computer, then Adobe Application Manager chrashed.I restarted the computer, but the update wouldn't automatically start again.
Is it possible to start Adobe application Manager manually? I want my updates, haha.
Thank you!
(Oh, and I'm on a Mac!)

Error of Adobe Application Manager
I have Adobe Lightroom 6 I bought in standalone version. I used it for several months and it worked fine. Now, when I go to open Lightroom (whether a catalog or the program shortcut), I get a dialog that reads;
Adobe Application Manager to start your trial, is missing or damaged.
Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager of
http://www.Adobe.com/go/ApplicationManager
I have not downloaded this because I do not have a trial for Lightroom, I have the full version. Should I even when the application manager or how to fix this? Thank you
Thanks Mohit
Actually, after I posted the question I had a different dialog box when I tried to open Lightroom asking me to connect. I signed up with my Adobe, ID but then it said my trial was expired. I did not have a trial - I have the full product, but I re entered it anyway with my serial number. My catalogs are still fine but all my presets disappeared and my preferences are reset. Lightroom now seems to work fine.

Adobe Application Manager, absent of the file and will not correctly redownload
When trying to open Photoshop, I got a pop-up saying "Adobe Application Manager to start your trial, is missing or damaged." I followed the link to download a new copy, but I keep getting the same error. I tried it redownloading at least five times, restarted my computer and using the cleaning tool from Adobe to clean my Adobe files and re-download creative cloud as a whole. When I redownloaded creative cloud, the desktop app open very well, but the Photoshop application now has a sign of orange error beside it saying the update failed. The failure message said there was an unknown error and contact customer support. I have a Mac OS X.
If please remove Adobe Application Manager to help cleaning tool and reinstall it with the help of Adobe Application Manager Windows | Macintosh

Adobe Application Manager is no longer up-to-date CS6 Production Premium
Hello
I have a perpetual license CS6 Production Premium for mac. I had problems with OSX El Capitan, so I returned to Yosemite 10.10.5 and I did a clean install.
After I reinstalled CS6 Production Premium I run Adobe Application Manager to update the applications to newer versions.
But rather as a first thing Adobe Application Manager update itself and by updating other applications, the installation program got stuck, and I had to restart my mac.
Now: Adobe Application Manager became suddenly the creative cloud (seriously?), and rather than offer me to update the applications it offers upgrade me to CC - something that I hate and I would never do. I don't give myself no options to update to the current version of CS6, but only "update all my cc applications.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Dario
p.s. I won't go into detail about how I feel any CC, because I know that it has already been discussed to death. But I am disgusted now I am obliged to have this application creative cloud on my mac, which I find very invasive and completely unrelated to the original CS6 license I bought. I have to use the tools of the business that I hate right now (but I used to love), I think it's very sad.
Here's what I did:
When you try to update, creative application Cloud opens instead of Adobe Application Manager. For this reason he detected no any update, unless I'm subscribed to CC (which of course I don't want). Apparently creative cloud and the old Adobe Application Manager coexist on your mac, but the default application is now creative cloud, so I got rid of the creative cloud and in doing so, I was able to access the former manager of Application and to update CS6 to the latest available version.
- Try to uninstall creative cloud using the creative cloud uninstall app in your application. If uninstall does not work because it says it is necessary to CC (even if you have CC) then proceed to step 2.
- Download Creative cloud cleanser here and open it.
- Select creative cloud and then "sanitation of selected" (uninstall will does not work). This will remove creative cloud.
- Open an application of CS6 (e.g. Photoshop) > help > updates...
- This will finally open the former Application Manager, and it will be possible to update the software again.

My Adobe Application Manager shows that I did not install anything
But I have already installed the things I wanted to. Today, I wanted to just update my programs and then after the Application Manager updated if he showed me that I can only install all insteat of update.
Sorry for my bad English.
Thanks in advance
Justin
OK, will try it please reinstall Adobe Application Manager such as discussed previously. Failure to work then at your convenience you want to remove all Adobe Creative applications. You can then follow this by using the cleaning tool from CS to CS for installation problems cleaning tool | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Then you should be able to reinstall Adobe Application Manager and reinstall your applications.

When I start the first 13 items I get a message saying "Adobe Application Manager, needed to verify your license is missing or damaged." If I click OK, the box goes away and I can used the program. How to stop this message? I use a Windows 7sp1 PC and PE is an appropriate license. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the program, but that made no difference.
I have a facility for Application Manager, but he does not terminate. This program is no longer available on the Adobe Web site.

You are in collaboration with the antivirus and firewall disabled temporarily when you make this diagnosis? Does make a difference?

adobe cloud have paid, but now IE start your trial
adobe cloud have paid, but now IE start your trial
There is no billing problem, I got confirmation.
Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly back in the test mode. CS6, CCM
If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update for this problem. See this blog for more information:
http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2013/01/Photoshop-13-0-413-1-2-updat 're-now - available.html
If you do not have Photoshop, try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
- Open Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
- If it is necessary, let MAO all automatic updates and restart itself.
- Sign in using your Adobe ID (optionally, you can close MAO at this point.)
- Open an application CS6 (e.g. InDesign CS6).
- If you are asked (for example, you get the trial screen), click on "license this software" and sign in with your Adobe ID
