    I received calls from the 408-454-2934 number, my caller I.D. not stating that it is from San Jose, California. Although Adobe's corporate headquarters is located in San Jose, the phone numbers do not match. After a search fast on google, I found that it could be a scam of collections, the appellant to do pretend to be collections of Adobe to update credit card information. More probably because your payment is late or not can not be processed. If you do not need to update your payment information, on your Adobe account page instead of by phone. I believe that adobe would simply suspend your account until you were able to continue to make payments. Anyone calling for the credit card or other personal information is probably a scam these days. Be careful.

    The telephone number provided by you is not scam, it's a number between our billing service that helps you update the credit card details, if necessary, inform & help if payments are blocked due to any reason.

  • Inept way to Adobe management billing

    I've noted before how obtain and print an invoice Adobe Creative cloud took 13 steps and 2 connections.

    NOW, adobe bought dollarphoto.com and my subscription with it. Somehow, Adobe has found a way to send me the monthly invoice by mail electronic (they affirm it, they can just not with creative cloud) but now if I want to buy a photo beyond my monthly allocation I payer.99 $ per photo. I'm not complaining on the price I complain that

    1. Adobe bill me every time. Unless I sign up for a subscription that includes hundreds of buys.
    2. To print the invoice, Adobe expects to connect to their Web site and go to manage the account and then go to the history of billing. Adobe, fortunately, I can do a screenshot in the e-mail you send. I hope by telling you that you change to make it harder on us.
    3. What is laughable, it's I have to connect to different Web pages to get a print to my creative Cloud, Adobe stock billing billing and my individual printing costs.
    4. AND again, I can be connected to Adobe Stock and need to connect once AGAIN to see my stock Adobe billing. To view individual invoices, I MUST follow the email link and connect once again

    Adobe is either desperate for visitors to the Web site or they do not have a handle on their Web site.

  • Re: My Adobe CS6 suddenly expired license

    Total SCAM.  Like everyone, I bought CS6 three years ago.  I disabled it from an old laptop and when I tried to reinstall on a new laptop I got notice that my product key has been revoked.  After nearly 3 hours back and forth, including providing proof of purchase (it was a challenge because 3 years ago), I was assured that my license agreement was "perpetual", but that they could not reactivate or give me a new product key.  Then they Adobe rep said it was a counterfeit copy that was BS. Then he (Sumat) says that the company I bought the product wasn't "authorized dealer Adobe."  I contacted the company during a chat, and they confirmed that they are.  Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor he gave me a number to call.  I called him.  After another long go round they told me they couldn't help me, but the 'cat' operator would reactivate my code.  I went back to the cat and they kept giving me the runaround and do not resolve the issue.  Completely dishonest and fraudulent business practices to the customer. If there is a class action against Adobe I want to be a part.  I saved my chat logs and would be happy to offer them as proof that Adobe is scamming customers.

    Magma2 I'm sorry that you're having trouble using your serial number of Creative Suite 6.  Have you been able to register the serial number under your account?  You can find details on how to locate and register, your serial number of Creative Suite 6 to find your serial number .

    Also, you said that you were in contact with our support team.  You have a case number of your interaction that I can refer?

  • Adobe Stock 'Free' trial refused to cancel

    I added the trial version free Adobe Stock to my subscription of the CC and used about 6 of 10 free photos. I went to cancel within 30 days to find that my account had already been loaded on the 29th day renewal period? Tried to chat to solve, the guy told me that my subscription had several months (CC MY account has been, no STOCK).  There is no help, because they would not pay the renewal or cancel the subscription without 'start' fresh termination $159! What gives? After researching I found free trial Adobe Stock SCAM with a few others who have signed up for the trial period and tried to cancel.  I am not happy and certainly suspicious of all future subscription. I just want to cancel the Add on stock! Any other suggestions that taking to Twitter? Someone had problems with subscription cancellation?

    Your subscription of Stock began on 23 March, renewed on 23 April.  It seems that this charge had already dealt when you contacted support & have been notified of the early termination fee.

    I'll need to Stock subscription must be cancelled without fees.

  • Billing error

    I get a message in Adobe CC telling me that there is a billing problem. I go to my account and check my address again as requested and I still get this problem. I started a conversation with Adobe support and this was little help because I still have the same question today and currently the message says I have 18 days to resolve the issue.

    In my billing section when I click on edit info payment Adobe keep advising me to use an address that is incorrect. Infact, in the 40 years I have lived at this address is the first question that I met when I was told that the address I entered is incorrect.

    Also, I chose to pay by paypal, is it possible to pay by debit card instead?

    The current versions of Firefox have allowed a built-in PDF Viewer that has all of the features that other PDF as Adobe Reader readers have or can not work properly otherwise.

    You can change the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) to Preview in Firefox to use Adobe Reader software or set always ask in "Firefox > Options/Preferences > Applications.

    You can set the pref pdfjs.disabled true on the topic: config page to disable the build-in the PDF Viewer.

    You can also check the value of the plugin.disable_full_page_plugin_for_types pref and remove the part application/pdf, if any.

  • Adobe and the Bills, not good

    Just spend more than 45 minutes in a support chat room, trying to get a copy of an invoice of $. 99. Loaded Adobe than my credit card but have no idea where to find the invoice. Such an embarrassing detail to Adobe.

    • They sent an email saying that it was resolved, saying that an e-mail has been sent with all my bills. Yet I didn't received the email after that I went back to the support to complain.
    • When I finally got the e-mail, he gave me a link. Hunted the link, to see that the "issue was being processed by the agent.
    • When the 'question has been finally processed' he showed no Bill to date, or any date near the date that Adobe charge my credit card.
    • Received another email "resolved" from Adobe. You could hear the hands being deleted from my problem.

  • Adobe is a scam?

    It's a complete scam. I had to pay for nine months and had no email ADDRESS, NO warning that it could charge me money at all. Adobe must demonstrate the best customer support instead of ripping off customers. I never fall into traps of automatic renewal, but Adobe has weaseled successfully charging me without notice. The customer support person was able to wave the CANCELLATION FEES which is simply absurd. Why an online service would require a cancellation fee, and why wasn't able to redeem one of my previous purchases. I tell you EVERYONE do not use Adobe for the rest of my life because it's COMPLETELY ridiculous.
