• When sending a document signed through my associate email, when the draft e-mail is generated by adobe, once opened it States project does not exist.

  I try to send a document signed through my gmail account bound. When I click on send and follow the link, a project is built. However, when it automatically opens my gmail account, gmail screen indicates there is no such thing as conversation. How can I get the document of the cloud of document adobe to actually a link to an e-mail?

  Open the DC drive, navigate to the Edit menu. Preferences-> categories of e-mail accounts, now delete your Gmail account & add it again.

  Reproduce the problem, let me know if it works.

• Slide does not move forward to end of timeline

  Have a problem that I can't understand everything.  At the end of the chronology of the slide, the project stops.

  The structure of the slide is a text box with an instruction and a directive to click anywhere to continue (smart shape 190).  There is a click box 1.3 sec on the entire screen with a break (click on box 32).  Click, resumes the chronology and the click box disappears.  The text box disappears and a new text box appears (191 smart shape), as well as the action of the mouse.

  The problem is that, at the end of the slide, the timeline stops and won't - can't know which prevents the advance.  This configuration is used elsewhere in the project without problem, and the settings on this slide seem to be the same as the other slides.

  I inherited this capture and am not sure if the SME is still available if you really need to do this work.

  Any help much appreciated.

  Please contempt - the slide moved.  There was a break at the beginning of the next slide - for what purpose I don't know, but the problem solved.

• Question slide does not move forward properly

  I have a matching exercise which is set up to show users how to use the self-study, so I have audio in the question slide.  Once the user finishes the fiscal year correspondence, clicks submit, gets the 'correct' message, the presentation does nothing for about 20 seconds, and I can't understand why.  Timing is 18.7 seconds, sound complete within this time, the question option is set to 'good response - continue' and I don't know what other details might be useful, but it's upset me greatly.  Any help in diagnosing this is greatly appreciated.

• Export Audio Captivate, importing to 9 presenter does not load the published file.

  Quick back-story. We bought a subscription to Captive when they announced HTML5 support, but due to lack of devices supported, we also bought a subscription to the presenter who has a mobile app. Some of our content have been created using Captivate now these projects had voice over I had to export and rename audio files to associate with the correct slide. I went ahead and manually imported each individual audio file to the correct slide in the PowerPoint presentation.

  My problem now is when I publish the PowerPoint (2007) with 9 to present project does not charge that he has just the rotation he arrow. For some reason any the project works in "Preview" mode, but not when it is published. Is there a way to find the path where are stored the cache preview files?

  Please check the following settings:

  GoTo Adobe Presenter > quiz > Manage > Reporting

  Make sure that AICC is not enabled.

  If the AICC report is enabled, it will not play in Destop mode.  Please disable the AiCC.

  If this isn't the case then plase share you sample file for me to [email protected] and will try to solve your problem as soon as possible.

  We just finished a lesson of the CBT in the 3 Hat, which includes 29 separate projects. At the end of each project, the student is introduced a button to bring to the next, that is 'open another project '.
  
  That is the question, we have put this button 'Open another project' and 'open a URL or file '. In both cases the next project does not open. The user is taken to a page of internet search. We have implemented the system of 'Success' button using the Captivate files help where it tells remove you all the ways of the system and just use the names of file or project. Button settings in Advanced Interaction also confirmed.
  
  We publish our projects in .exe format. This concern is present when we listen to extracts using the feature overview and products .exe.
  
  What we're doing wrong, any ideas?

  Rick - your basic source code provided us the answer. We made a comparison and found verified the following on all of our projects:

  This has been verified with blank if Cape tried to start the next project with a blank so it is lacking for a web search page.

  Go to the Home tab then Document Cloud

  Click on the PDF file to be removed

  I answered my own question: there is a difference between "Download"and 'install'." Hunting the 'install' (1.5 hrs in my case) and align your passwords, Adobe ID, etc., then install. 15 min. The right choice appears in the Applications. However it is to understand why photo selected for editing in iPhoto does not display in the elements.

  Mark,
  It just tells you that the DB connection that is used in conjunction with the application module is not correctly configured (wrong username or wrong db pwd).
  Since you have not mentioned the jdev version you use I'll assume that 11g.
  Click the database tab, find the node with the name of your project and open the node. Inside, you will see the db connections uses the module of the application. Right-click on each one and select Properties, check if all directions are written and test the connection. If you see "Test passed" for all connections the error message should disappear.
