Adobe CC AAM not intsalling/loading up properly and can not uninstall it

We use the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Mac OSX 10.10.5 - we seem to be stuck in a strange loop. Apps were all installed several weeks ago and were working fine until today. The problem started with Adobe Acrobat, failing to launch, long after all other adobe creative cloud apps start stopped too and selected then "grey" in the Apple Menu and when AAM AAM window was totally blank IE with no info app or visible icons.

We thought to try to uninstall creative Cloud - but cannot do without AAM - and in turn when we try to re - install AAM just go back us to the empty window even when it seems to be installed, but it is 'empty' - any ideas what is happening here?

First, close your office cc application.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

Navigate to the OOBE folder.

Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example

Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

    I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

    You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. Safe Mode ADMINISTRATOR account has no password by default (unless someone has changed the password so it should be available).

    I bought this laptop brand new 4 months ago.  Everything worked well, until about 2 weeks ago.  Then all of an error message would come so I couldn't watch videos on YouTube or elsewhere more... saying "update your flash player"... so I would like to download the latest version of Adobe... it looks "download completed", but I could not even watch videos.  I am looking for the program and it seems.  I would go back to the Adobe site and the version that is on your computer is supposed to fill inside this box, well nothing does ever meet for me.  But when I go to "Programs and features", it is there... I can remove it, but can't do anything else and have no idea why there is a problem or what it is... but I seriously spent hours trying to rectify the situation. I'm ptaying that someone has encountered the same situation, or knows how to fix this for me.

    Try the following.

    First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it to your desktop.

    Flash Player Uninstaller.

    Once the download is complete, close all browser windows and start the program uninstaller.  Once done, restart the laptop.

    Then, download and install Firefox , then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before download. 

    Close all browser windows before you run the installer of Flash.

    Start Firefox and see if the video play Ok in this browser - if they do, close Firefox, open Internet Explorer and click on the same link Adobe Flash above to get a command prompt to install the ActiveX component.  Once completed, restart Internet Explorer.

    I'm VERY angry with anything that does not work on my computer with Adobe, and everything appears to be from a missing or wrong creative cloud installation.

    I downloaded the latest installer from the program and started it. Initially he installed the creative cloud, but the program does not work as required.     I'm very upset that *, I tried now for about 6 hours to get this working. I am in desperate need of InDesign to get running, but that gave me errors of editing that ACC PEUT be incorrect or damaged.

    I hope someone can tell me what's happened, or maybe what I did wrong and how do I get rid of this programs and issues.

    Use the desktop application to install your programs of cc.
