Please see the FAQ section of this link: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Creative cloud desktop application can only be installed on drive D, it must be installed on drive C or Ocean drive, but you can install other applications on the other drive.
NOTE: We suggest to install the application on the primary drive however, you can configure the destination of installation of in creative cloud application preferences. Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive. In addition when installing temporary process files will also be created on your main drive.
If you have already installed any application, you need to uninstall and make the changes to the location in Creative Cloud Desktop app after that reboot the machine and now install the apps again and must be installed on the new location.

I set up a new system of Mavericks (10.9.5) on a new (used) MacPro 5.1 using a backup bootable system for all my data from my old MacPro 2.1 system
Now all my software permissions have disappeared and I have to concede everything is new. All my Adobe Creative Cloud Applications are in (expired) demo mode.

I managed to uninstall my acrobat pro, but my adobe application manager seems to think that I still have it. I do not see how to download it from adobe and re install. Can anyone help? I spent many hours trying to get my creative cloud version to run after the license of first years has failed. It was a bit of a nightmare and sie Adobe is not easy to get help from.
I spent a few hours trying to untangle a redemption code. I dropped so uninstalled acrobat, because he is no longer works apparently. Thanks to all of you who tried to help him. I thank can I have managed to sort it out. I found another uninstall program that seems to have done the trick as my adobe application manager is now let me download.

I got the software Adobe reader before Microsoft decided to upgrade my Windows 7 to 10 of Wndows OS. I'm stuck in the middle. Message from Microsoft - restore Windows7. Hings not much restored.indluding Adobe. Could not reinstall Adobe reader. Now cannot install Adobe Cloud.
If you had a problem with your upgrade from 7 to 10, you should fix that. first back up all your personal files. helpfully, they are not on your drive c, but if they are, move them.
then you may be able to make a direct installation win 10. Google how to do it.
If you are unable to do so, you should do an install fresh win 7 (not repair), activate your Windows 7 and then upgrade to win 10 save nothing of your installation of win 7 If you have a pure win 10 install.
Otherwise, if you want to try and lay with what can be a problematic os, you can uninstall anything cc which is installed in clean by the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems , restart your computer and try installing the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

I took 3 days trying to install illustrator and still takes only 32% of download... In 3 days.
Now I cancelled the download, I started to update Adobe Cloud and takes only 2% in three hours...
