  I had Adobe PS CS3 installed on my laptop wife.  But his HARD disk was giving problems, so I've migrated the o/s to a new hard drive to SSD.

  Now, I install the software back, I have successfully installed Adobe Photoshop CS3 and recorded it, I then tried to install the upgrade for CS3 DVD:

  Photoshop CS4, but it fails to insert the code. The code for the CS4 update is accepted OK but when it asks for the serial number for Photoshop CS3 already installed and registered, he said that this serial number is not recognized. I can't seem to work around this problem, and it is very annoying. I have received for the two versions and they were bought from reputable companys Unfortunately it was a few years ago, so probably no help now.

  The last time that happened a few years back, I contacted Adobe who talked through the process that required a different number series and another method

  I can not remember now.  I got this DVD upgrade for awhile and it's a shame if we are unable to make use.

  
  

  I use Adobe CC on my desktop doesn't have is no need for that. But my wife likes the older versions of Photoshop.

  I tried the patch from Adobe InDesign CS3 for printing, I think that it is 5.0.1 but can't seem to find a link to download. I have a problem with printing... Please don't tell me to upgrade...   I'm having a problem loading and using my Adobe Photoshop CS3. This is the third time that I use this forum. I us a PC. The operating system is "Microsoft Windows 7 Home prem". I recently had to remove from my hard drive and reload the operating system with all the updates and load to the top of my existing software. All my software works except my Photoshop CS3, which I use most. I loaded the software disc and download online. The system of charge very well and activation is complete.  Here are the main things that don't work properly, I have noticed so far. First of all, I can't open my camera RAW (I can with my Lightroom software, but not with my Photoshop software?). So I can't open any of my files of digital camera? Second, I can open a .jpeg file and use the Photoshop software and I can save the changes, but when I turn off my calculated the software doesn't seem to be on my computer. When I go to Windows ' search program and files "software is not located here. When I go to "Uninstall" the software of the foldername is there it is. "Photoshop CS3" but there isn't any size file to it IE 400 MB, while my software "Lightroom" on the 'uninstall' section will have a file for example size 400 MB tied to it. Thirdly, I also have a photosoftware of B + W, which operated in Photoshop; It's "NIK software - Silver Efex Pro" and it is located in the subtitle of 'filter' of Photoshop CS3. I use Silver Efex and all functions are working properly, but I can't save the file, it does not save the changes to save.

  You'd probably be better off with all of the photography, which is a subset of CC which includes Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge, but leaves out the video editing, website, design and publishing applications.  The package of photography in the United States is $ 9.95 per month.

  Compare the size of the file and you will have to perhaps disable all anitvirus during download and install it.
