Adobe Creative Cloud asked me to pay for a membership I canceled.

Hello

I cancelled my monthly types in Acrobat Pro DC and created a new each year. The system continues to send me e-mails, telling me that I need to check my payment details, because the payment (of the monthly I guess) did not work - today I received this communication for the fourth time.

What should I do? My account shows that the monthly subscription has expired in any case. Can anyone help? I fear that this may involve problems with my annual subscription, because in the email, there is no mention on what type of subscription does not work.
