Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop still asks to pay for Photoshop

    You will need to uninstall and reinstall the application.

    If you want you can follow the procedure:

    1) click on the Finder and find the options listed next to the Apple icon located in the upper left corner of the Office to screen and click the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

    Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.


    2) trash Adobe Creative cloud of many Applications.

    Desktop application Adobe creative cloud cannot be uninstalled in silence if it was installed individually on the web. You can create a package for the creative desktop cloud application through creative cloud package and installation with the Installer package.     Yesterday, I was able to download and use the trial version of Indesign using the cloud to create Adobe. After that my system was horribly slow to market this morning, I ran a system restore, which removed Indesign and Adobe Creative Cloud.

    I have redownloaded creative cloud and nothing has worked. I downloaded and ran the cloud creative cleaner, rebooted my system and redownloaded creative cloud, and this finally worked. But as soon as Creative Cloud Desktop opens, the program is empty, with the exception of the gear wheel at the top right, which only allows me to go through Adobe, pin the program to the notification area and stop smoking.

    Ive tried looking for a solution, by renaming the OOBE and omb and still nothing works. Ive deleted all files related to indesign and creative cloud and ran the vacuum cleaner to remove all files, restarted my computer and then redownloaded creative cloud but always without success.

    Any ideas on what I can do so that I can get back to work?

    Adobe desktop CC application runs after all and it is accessible via a black and white icon on the upper right corner of the screen next to the WiFi indicator and clock. Impossible to access otherwise, but it works very well, so everything is good.

    It was almost the answer - have talked just to support and they fixed

    Here's what we did:

    Complete all Adobe processes or restart your machine. (if you can't stop, then check that creative cloud is over. And if you don't finish the CIB broker, then it's not serious)

    Go to C: / / Program Files (X 86) /Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/Configs and delete the folder Configs.

    Now open Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

    This will fix the problem.
