Adobe CS 4 compatible with Windows 8?
I think about buying a new PC and I was wondering if anyone knows if Adobe CS 4 is compatible with Windows 8?
Best wishes
Silje in Norway
Maybe, maybe not. The details will depend on sheet exaxct of the machine, this auxilairy material is involved and 1 million tiny things. CS4 was never tested or certified on 8 to win. You won't know if it works until you try.

Is adobe photoshop CS2 compatible with windows 8?
Dad2221,
I know that this is a very old thread, but I run CS2 on a laptop Windows 8, and it runs great!
Load it normally and when you get to the screen where it asks to keep the program, change the location of "------(x 86) programs of" programs ~ 2 "and it will work fine!

Is Adobe Media Server Compatible with Windows Server 2012 5 Professional?
Could someone from Adobe please check the following link is up-to-date and AMS 5 Pro does not support Windows Server 2012?
http://www.Adobe.com/products/Adobe-Media-Server-Professional/tech-specs.html
Thank you
I'm sure they have one, but I have no idea what it is. It will probably be with a relapse of the AMS service pack in the future. Adobe has not officially supported Windows Server 2012 in one of the applications of the company I have worked with, so don't feel that AMS is excluded.

Adobe CS3 is compatible with windows 7 / 64-bit?
I need a new pc to work with CS3 - it's market with uptodate technology such as windows 7 / 64-bit?
What are the requirements of the system ideal for CS3?
No one can tell you if it will actually work on your PC. Officially, it is not tested on Win 7 and is not compatible and while users have the patterns of work, no one can give you no guarantee. Even if it installs and all the apps work, some features cannot. Ideal configuration? In view of the previous point, which would be a Win XP computer 8 years ago... Sorry, but you are asking the impossible. Just try, using all the stuff like compatibility modes and so on, if necessary and then switch back when you really have problems.

Adobe Acrobat is NOT COMPATIBLE with Windows Vista... it blocks any browser or operating system when I try to download or open any file PDF... y at - it a patch?
When I try to open a PDF file in IE 7 or Firefox 3.6, or just on the desktop, I get a sign that says:
"Program Compatibility Wizard".
"This program has known compatibility issues - check online if the solutions are available on the Microsoft Web site. If we find solutions, Windows automatically displays a Web site that lists the steps, you can take. »
"Program: . Acrobat Reader 7. Editor: "Adobe,location: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe.
"Acrobat Reader 7 has a compatibility issue with this version of Windows. For an update compatible with this version of windows, contact Adobe. »
"Search for solutions online - Run program - Cancel . "
If I click on one of the 3 buttons listed above, the browser, it blocks or breaks down the entire operating system.
Does anyone know of a patch for this... Adobe, what I find, has updated for Acrobat Reader, but they don't say if this is a patch for this problem of Vista incompatibility.
I searched on the basis of knowledge of Microsoft and this forum and I can't find anything definitive on this question.
I can not even download a PDF file, and still less open and looking at its content.
Known fixes?
Thank you

What programs Adobe and versions are compatible with Windows 7?
Buy a new computer with Windows 7, but I don't want to spend a fortune on new versions of other programs I run on an existing XP machine. Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 and Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard are compatible with Windows 7? If not, what type of upgrade do need me? Can I run these programs if I'm running the free download "Virtual PC and XP Mode"?
Hi Mbgillis,
Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 and Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard are not compatible with Windows 7.
Click the link for the Windows 7 Compatibility Center: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?type=Software&s=Adobe%20Photoshop%20Elements%202.0
You can upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Standard 9.0 from the link below:
http://www.Adobe.com/products/acrobatstd/
You can install the programs mentioned above in Windows XP compatibility mode if you wish.
To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the program icon, click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab.
Make sure to run older programs in this version of Windows: http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows
You can also install Virtual PC and XP mode and use the programs.

You must have Windows 7 Professional, enterprise or full to run Windows XP Mode." If you have an old XP CD (or other older Windows CD) available you can simply download the Virtual Machine and spend the XP Mode download.
This warranty covers the gambit set of VMS in the 'Home' versions if you want to have a look. Of course you will need a licensed copy of XP to install and run in any of them (except XP Mode).

He has indeed incorporated, but this isn't the latest version and from what I can see there is no way to upgrade. My Flash player crashes several times a day, and although sometimes I only need to restart my browser, it usually forces me to restart my computer. Frustrating to say the least.
