We want to convert our Adobe CS5 Adobe CC licenses. How can we do?

There is no link between the Creative Suites and the creative cloud. There is therefore no upgrade process.

You have the hardware and operating systems required to run Cloud versions that you simply subscribe to a plan of clouds using your ID existing Adobe has provided

You must have at least Windows 7 or Mac OS X 10.9.

Or join Creative Cloud to teams if that suits you better.

    Searching the Internet, I have only to find the Setup file of the full version to CS5 Design Standard of Adobe's Web site, and the serial code I bought (LWS-license) is not accepted. I immagine that I need another program to install, when I need to enter the old code of CS3 in order to re - install the upgrade-license, but how? Would be glad if someone could help me...

    For a single user license, serial number is what dictates if you install an upgrade license, or a full license... the software is otherwise the same for each license.  It is more likely that you are involved with a volume license, in which case you need a special version of the software for it.

  • CS5 Design Standard. Will not activate on the new HARD disk following transfer of old HARD drive. Displays error 213.10 have number series/s etc.

    I recently encountered a problem with a HARD disk drive. So I had to replace it with a new one. Fortunately, I managed to recover the data and applications on the original disc.

    However when I transferred and installed after Adobe CS5 Design Standard on the new HARD drive it will open all Adobe apps.

    He invites a 213.10 error every time. I do not see where to disable or reactivate... Please notify suggested action plan.

    Also, I'll be able to successfully access my previous files after the relocation/activation?

    Reinstall correctly. Activation does not work because in the technical sense is not simply there. Screw you them. Run the cleanup tool if necessary and contact support to reset the activations.

    I want to perform a new installation of CS4 Design Standard version upgrade (German language), but the request 2 for windows installation disc is lost.

    I found that two download links. Here is the sequel describes:

    No available version of Adobe CS4 Design Standard. Only Design Premium can be downloaded.

    CS4 serial number is not accepted.

    Adobe CS4 Design Standard version is available, but this download supports only English, French and Spanish (GB, US, MX and CA). German is not supported. CS4 serial number is not accepted. According to me, because I have an upgrade version and downloaded files are a full version.

    I burned the second installation media (app 2) since the files downloaded to a DVD. But this DVD has not been accepted during the installation.

    Please can you help me with the following questions:

    Where and how can I get a replacement DVD (only ask 2 DVD) for upgrade version CS4?

  • Problems CS6 Design Standard upgrade

    I bought CS5 Design Standard on March 30, 2012, so I applied for the free update to CS under the program "Request your free upgrade to CS6" (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/upgrade-policy-produ ct - announcement1.html).  I received an e-mail saying that i was approved.  Under "My Adobe", he showed a receipt for the free update with an order #.  There is a link on the confirmation page to download the upgrade, but when I click on the link it said that I did not download.  I contacted cutomer service a couple of times (phone and chat) and finally I got an email with a serial number for CS6 Design Standard and it said to click on the download link on the receipt.  But now the reception who was disappeared and I cannot download anything.  I contacted the customer to new (chat) service and they said it should be in 24 hours.  It is now a week now and I contacted again (response to open support ticket) and no response today.  I thought download the free trial version and use the serial number, I had, but I can only find a download for CS6 Design Premium, not Standard.  SO, where can I get a download for CS6 Design Standard or an upgrade to CS5?  I have a serial number for Adobe, but not place the download of the program.

    I have advanced and recorded the CS6, serial number, that I got from the [email protected] e-mail address and now it shows up as a registered product.  It shows:

    ADOBE DESIGN STANDARD 6 victory June 30, 2012 

    with the serial number under.

    I looked around to see if a download link is present now, but I can always find something.  Any ideas?

    Try as I might I can't find a way to call an agent on the adobe Web site. I try to understand the following:

    1. What is the best way to learn photoshop cs5 EXTENDED without absurdity to be upsold by adobe... IE I have CS4 design standard and want to photoshop cs5 extended. -do I need to upgrade photoshop individually and a much more expensive price (and then, in the time of the course each component individually at higher prices?) or is there a way to get photoshop extended in CS5 design standard suite'

    2 lightroom3 actually SYNCHRONIZE on flickr (or facebook or picassa) or simply transfer?

    3. is there actually some sales to ask for help

    N ° you do not have a license of Photoshop... you have a Creative Suite license.

    Unfortunately, Adobe did a pretty poor job that this type of information, but as I said earlier, the only way you can get to PS Extended is by opting for the Design Premium.

  • Update fails CS5 Design Standard

    I installed CS5 Design Standard successfully, but when I try to update the programs it contains, all downloads fail and it points me to this link.  Screenshot of chess downloads attached.

    I tried to use Adobe Support Chat to rectify and they showed me here with the case ID 0219425242.

    At some point in the past (I don't know the exact date) Adobe "merged" the original update manager in cloud Update Manager, which means that you no longer use your original update manager

    I read some of the messages that the last update (Cloud) sometimes does not work with old programs... Try to install your updates manually

    I have a new hard drive installed in my laptop MacBook Pro with El Capitan installed.  I am trying to reinstall my CS5 Design Standard package I buy in 2011 (I know, I know...).  When I download the .dmg installation on adobe.com file (Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products)) the Installer gives me an error when I try to install.  I downloaded two times with the same result. Also, my purchased package does not appear in my account history or purchased items.

    I just bought the box full of Adobe CS3 Design Standard at a retailer.

    It includes the serial number on the box of the dvd.

    However it asks me to enter another serial number for a previous version of the oldest Adobe CS which I did not.

    Return it to the dealer - they sold you a licensed version of upgrade, for which you must have a previous version of qualify you to activate and use the upgrade.

    Please try to download the installer for Adobe CS 5 Design Standard again from here: Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products

    Compare the size of the file downloaded with the display on the Web page.

    After you download the .7z file, you must first extract and then run installation, if you go directly launch the setup that it will not be installed.

    You can use any Extractor/unzip program to extract the 7z file.

    Before installing gently, make the following changes:

    1-go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall - turn off (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)

    2-go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change that to ANYWHERE (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)

    These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your product is running *.

    Windows machine:

    1 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.

    2. also to disable any browser protection or blocking your browser modules.

  • How can I run Adobe CS Design Standard on El Capitan Mac 5.5?

    I have Adobe CS 5.5 on my MacBook Pro for 4 years and have had performance issues very few.

    Last November/December 2015, I installed the OS El Capitan recommended on my MacBook (v. 10.11.3 (15 d 21)).

    Illustrator, Photoshop, and Bridge all have run for a long time before this point.

    A recent project of layout, I had to use InDesign, which I had not used for several months.

    I opened InDesign and the program could not work almost instantly.

    The rest of the project had to be completed in Illustrator.

    To try to solve this problem found, I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled to see if that makes a difference.

    I also went online to get the latest update for InDesign (Adobe InDesign CS5.5 7.5.3 for Macintosh - all languages updated)

    After this point, the program seems to work very well.

    Take extra precautions, I went into my local Apple store for a diagnostic computer.

    The technician ran several tests on the hard disk, the screen and OS and found no errors.

    Then I reinstalled Adobe CS Design Standard 5.5 and noticed the following:

    1. a given program will open with the standard boot indicator (orange "HAVE" and graphic Illustrator, 'ID' purple and graphics to InDesign, 'PS' of blue and blue graphics for PhotoShop and so on).

    2. the last time I have accessed to InDesign, the menu screen came and I chose one of the options (Document)

    3. my computer went quickly through a series of screen flickers freezing almost all computer (I turned off the WiFi and the question may disappear - after you download El Capitan has raised this issue independent)

    4. I then tried to open Illustrator, which is generally not a problem

    5. after starting, I noticed a beach ball bearing blue (sometimes it's a colorful beach ball)

    6. the ball then frozen

    7. a few seconds later, the computer stops and goes through a series of restarts

    I first thought that El Capitan was causing my computer to malfunction, but now its it thinks including Adobe software.

    I uninstalled the software and do not have these same computer problems.

    Who else has this problem?

    What measures can be taken to prevent this problem from happening again?

    Is this due to El Capitan?

    The installation disc has become obsolete over time?

    Is my subscription end and do not work on my computer saved?

    I really appreciate your advice and comments.

    I agree with Bob. CS5.5 is categorised as "end-of-life". He will never receive an update.

    You have two choices: (1) roll back to an earlier version of Mac OS X, or (2) the update of a creative cloud subscription.

    It is not specific to you. A very large number of people with CS6 or earlier is installed or not work well in El Capitan.
