  Hello everyone, I posted this question two days ago and received Help. However, I need a little more. I am in the process of transition in Adobe video editing software. I have used Final Cut Pro for the past (12) years and I'm finally deserting a ship. I was wondering that if I could get some guidance as to what Version of Adobe editing work better with my Machine. I have a Power Mac Pro (mid 2010). Below you will find my profile. By comparing what my machine is composed of and do not bounce these specifications out of my mine are like trying to read the hieroglyphics, at least for me. Thank you all for your help and I'm really excited to start using this software and interact online with what I know is some very technically savvy technicians and artists. Thank you!   You can post on the Pr material forum for views on your listing and if there is no mercury potential engine of reading problems, but I would say that you really want to know how Pr will respond by installing on your machine (maybe setting a restore / restore, first if Mac offers that). You are the best solution would be to download a free trial version of Pr CC 2015 to give it a test run. Don't know what your needs / budget are, but since Adobe works by monthly subscription, you can also download the full Suite of Cloud Creative at trial. Then you will get After Effects and hearing that link dynamically with Pr play with as well (and Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  You check out the file to archive, file downloaded on the same drive that you are installing? I extracted, including the complete folder structure in my C:\temp and then install to C:\ [Select folder] was from there. Generally, the extraction process by default to include the entire folder structure, but some extraction programs may omit this important part. During extraction, do you have the complete folder structure?

• Adobe first CC 2015 - Set Matte does not work correctly

  Validated during the Adobe Creative Jam in Las Vegas that this feature does not work in the latest version of Adobe first CC 2015.  We should be able to put a cache based on any channel (alpha, lum, etc.) target a video layer.  It worked correctly in previous versions.  It would be the same process in After Effects to the current layer to follow matte (alpha, luma, etc.) the top layer.

  Please advise when this will be fixed.  This affects several tasks frequently performed in publishing as creating custom transitions, title effects and more.  Probably will be considered a serious bug.

  It looks like to be corrected during the 9.2.0 (41) generation applied this morning.  Ran tests and it works as it is supposed here.

  If you sign up for the free 1 month of creative cloud trial, it should allow you to install cc and cs6. they would install as separate applications.

  Here are the steps that you can follow.

  1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.

  2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.

  NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.

  I've updated to the latest version of the OS Mavericks (10.9.3) yesterday on my iMac. Finished, I was no longer able to open Adobe first CC. Whenever I try to open a project (new or existing), I get an error a serious error has occurred which requires the creation of stop.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall/reboot, but it doesn't seem to work.   updated all drivers, chipset, vga and naoual on any other driver dated.  Ive uninstalled PP three times and re-installed.

  I have not tried a system reinstall but as I noticed a few other people have the same problem, but they seem to have solved their and I'm stuck

  Go to the device again Manager and put the graphics driver in VGA mode. You can do this by selecting "Browse my computer for driver software" and then select "Let me choose option" select standard VGA in the list, then go to 'Control panel Panel\All control Items\Programs and features' and uninstall AMD catalyst control center. Once this is done, go to the AMD Web site and choose detection automatic feature for detect you the GPU "http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx". When you have found the drivers updated, install and check if the problem is solved or not.   Please restart the machine after all the steps and then start Premiere pro CC.
