  This installation issue seems to be resolved.  I uninstalled all Adobe programs, but still could not go beyond the question of the sharing of technology.  Then I went to C: / / Program Files (x 86) /Common Files/Adobe/and remove all recent folders & files.  It seemed to do.  The first 11 elements and Photoshop Elements complete the installation.  Now to find how to force Windows7 64-bit to run these programs in simulation of 32-bit mode.

  I've updated the flash 17NPAPI drive 3/20 and now no audio or video will play. Went through all the help the Odobe website which shows the installation but also shows my OS XP, but I have windows 7. The previous version was still appearing in my programs as active 16 X adobe flash player so I deleted a new and thought that the old one would work so well. But still no audio or videos don't play.

  I had Adobe Flash Player v.11.9.900.170 and upgraded to v.12.0.0.43. When I checked the Add-ons Manager, both versions of Flash were listed and active.   @cor-el: the previous version seemed to disappear of itself, about 12 hours later. I checked the topic: plugins page (along with the Add/Remove Programs), and only the latest version of Flash is not installed. I have already refreshed the pluginreg.dat file.

  There always at least a web page that asks for the installation of Flash Player, but it works very well on almost all other Web sites.

  Adobe flash player cannot have been uninstalled completely. I recommend you use the adobe removal tool to remove adobe flash player then download the latest version on your computer and check if the problem persists.

  Put your computer in a clean boot and disable security software before installing flash player on your computer.
