Adobe had not authorized payment, after that I cancelled my subscription and will not repay. It's the flight!

I cancelled my subscription this morning and received a confirmation email saying. A few hours later, I received an email saying that my account has been reactivated, which I do not allow!

I know it's due to lack of paypals to send payment after I cancelled and not allow myself to stop payment but I do not allow my account be reactivated. I had a discussion with a Sanjay in the cat and he just kept saying I should read the terms and I wasn't within 14 days of the renewal.

I expect Adobe to manage this better honestly.
