  This feature has always existed. In the Customization Wizard screen, fill in all fields and don't forget to click on "Grant offline Exception." This avoids having users connect to activate the product because the product is activated by the administrator on behalf of all users.

  I'll be back right after the launch of official product of Adobe Acrobat DC in Hong Kong.

  At the launch, one speaker said that he got the Adobe post eight months ago, and the witness of his contract of employment is signed by his wife at office hours and is signed through his cell phone.  I found that the app is very convenient and so I try to download the application to see the reality of power.  However, I found an application named "Adobe fill & Sign" for iPad.

A staff member Adobe responded the application ' Adobe fill & Sign "can use iPhone & place a link to this app Q & a sheet to this user.  I also checked but not any solution on the page.  After awhile, there's another Adobe staff and said the app is specially for iPad with no reason to explain the issue.

  He's not completely kidding.  Can someone clarify the question?  If there is an app for iPhone, why we can not found on iTunes?  If the service application just iPad, why the guy did a fake story to promote your product Adobe Acrobat DC nine to an official product launch?

  I'm sorry if it was marketing that shows or said that it supported iPhone but Adobe fill & sign is currently iPad only, there is also an Android version that supports phones Android (Lollipop).  The team working on the app is certainly aware of iPhone applications, perhaps that will come soon, but I can't say it any.

  We are sorry to hear that many of you hit issues. It seems that one of the license files has been altered during the recent update. We're working on a solution right now, but in the meantime, you can work around the problem in software renewal:

  1. By receiving the expired Trial/test screen
  2. Make sure you are online
  3. Click on this software license
  4. Cloud Creative members: connect with the Adobe ID that contains a subscription
     The perpetual owners: connect with the adobe ID and enter the serial number of the product
  5. Product must be certified with success

  Note that that's not a solution permanent, and you need to repeat the steps mentioned above should reappear on the license screen. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that we did and we should be able to provide a real solution soon.

  Hi all!  I have a HP Pavilion dv6-2190us laptop and I use IE9 with the original Win7/64 OS.  He worked flaulessly for a year and a half and I still don't think that there is nothing wrong with the laptop itself.  But, after my latest Adobe update, which was Flash Player 11.5.502.135, all the sites I'll requires the Flash player to play the video, I get a popup message telling me that I need to upgrade to Flash 9 or higher version and then refresh the page.

  I have re-installed Flash Player several times but it didn't help.  I suspect possibly some conflict with my security settings and the more return version of the Flash Player.

  I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience and if they found a solution?

  Well, dag-nabbit!  I've been messing around with this problem for a week.  Since I did this last update of Adobe.  I use "tracking protection" or a little of this software which blocks the Google to follow my browsing and I thought that might have been part of the issue.

  It turns out that I just solved it the question a few minutes ago.  Somewhere along the line, the ActiveX filtering turned 'On' and which is in conflict with the use of Adobe Flash in IE9.  Simply ONE-checking AxtiveX filtering enabled him to work 'after', I removed the Flash Player, re-installed twice, (first said that I could not write a file) and with all my protection after power off.

  Bottom line is that it works now and I came across an Adobe website that describes the problem with filtering ActiveX with IE9.  I think filtering is probably a good security feature and there may be a way to have activated "ON" with an exception for the Flash in the future.

  I was finally able to turn my protection of follow-up, and all is well.
