So now I have two forms created (one below the other) I can't convert them to PDF format. Whenever I convert it to PDF only page 1 is converted and the other is not. It's as if the conversion function completely ignores the fact that there is page 2 the form created. Can someone shed light on a possible solution please?

  Master page is as a background for the display pages. Several pages can have only one Master Page as a background or a container.

  You can add more pages to your form by a right click on the node root in the hierarchy pane, and then 'new Page '.

  I set up a watch folder for convert .tiff files pdf searchable files.
  It creates a folder for each converted file, (for example: results, results_0, results_1... etc.). But all converted files contain in the results folder (duplicate files are empty) and it is not in OCR format.

  You should take a look at the site of Stefan Cameron, which has many solutions to configure data connections. Search the worksheet in general and here: http://forms.stefcameron.com/2006/09/18/connecting-a-form-to-a-database/.

  However, please note that if users have Reader, then the shape will be active player using the full LC Reader Extensions Server component. Extending the form in Acrobat will not work.

  Hi Tarek,

  You can do this with a button that activates / deactivates the height property of .h to .minH fields. In both cases, you pass the same value, but .minH will allow the subject expand to show all of its content.

  The form should be saved as dynamic.

  I need help reading the xml data in a PDF file created by Adobe LiveCycle and also writing of xml data in the form.

  The forms have been created using PROD LC 8.2 and in the future they will be created using PROD LC 9.5.

  I use VB .NET to access data programmatically.

  Can someone help me with some advice? A SDK library? Any information would be very useful.

  I'm quite new with this problem of electronic forms and I don't know even where to start.

  I like to PDF using LiveCycle Designer Forms.  I want to use with the organizations, I work to make the forms to fill out.  But I fear that the forms "break" more easily than the Acroforms.  Generally - is this concern of mine?

  -If I have a subform in a form sank makes 'visible' in certain circumstances and "hidden" in others - using a script JavaScript, this feature still works to proceed?  What happens if Adobe sold Designer?  Is - less likely to work on a similar feature in Acroforms?

  -How about the design of the form itself - if designed with LiveCycle Designer - the text, its implementation of form fields and their features, pages...

  It is impossible to say if XFA in Acrobat/Reader support will be in the future. Most of the non Adobe PDF viewers and mobile Adobe's PDF viewers have little or no support for XFA forms, dynamics in particular, which has been a problem for a while. AcroForms were much more support and are part of the standard, ISO 32000, unlike XFA. Used in Acroforms JavaScript is being standardized, but I don't think that is the counterpart of XFA.

  I downloaded the pdf via ITunes my I touch in the iBook.

  I have Adobe Acrobat reader on the IPad and can't open this pdf file.

  I also put this file in my IPhone without success. It has even more applications: Adobe complete and sign DC, Adobe Acrobat Reader and PDF Reader Pro

  Mobile products Adobe Reader (player for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) do not support any static or dynamic XFA forms created with Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

  I have managed to create a form and can't seem to send the form to a recipient. The question I have is, I'm trying to disable the change once the form has been sent as an email to the recipient. Is it possible to do this on Adobe Acrobat 9 or Adobe LiveCycle 8.2 or XI? Please notify.

  After extensive research - this link allows the question that I lived. In summary, you can lock the form after the email with the document in the link provided. When you open the PDF in Reader or Acrobat Pro, click the paper clip in the Reader application or Acrobat Pro. From there, you will be able to retrieve the Javascript code needed to lock the form once the PDF sent by email. Please pass this before as this has been a recurring problem.

• Equivalent 'Field of the Image' LiveCycle in the creation of InDesign PDF form?

  LiveCycle has a PDF form field called "field of the Image. We add this field to the PDF files that we create so that our users can select and upload a JPEG image in their PDF with Adobe Reader.

  Now, we would like to use InDesign to produce the same files in PDF form as an alternative to the use of LiveCycle. InDesign has a form like 'Field of the Image' field of the LiveCycle? We have not yet found.

  In other words, does anyone know in InDesign create a field in the PDF forms that has the same 'Field of the Image' features of LiveCycle? LiveCycle field works in Adobe Reader enabled files and allows the JPEG format, among other things.

  P.S. We discovered a way to create PDF forms in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI with similar functionality using JavaScript, but Acrobat Pro created documents only allow Adobe Reader to import PDFs, no JPEG or other image formats. If Adobe Acrobat Pro XI was not a viable alternative to LiveCycle to create our PDF files. We would like to know if we rule out InDesign, too.

  As Peter says it has no way to do this using InDesign.

• How to fill a dynamic array in the form of Adobe Livecycle with cfpdfform?

  The problem:

  I have an Adobe PDF form created with Adobe Livecycle Designer that has a dynamic table inside. The Table1 table consists of a header line with 4-cell text and a data line Row1 with four cells each with a Textfield Cell1 and Cell2, Cell4 Cell3.

  Table 1 is inside a subform mytable. The subform is made to flow and the Row1 the link line repeat for each item of verified data.

  Everything is included in the form1 form standard subform.

  When I use the following code, I assumed that the table should have two rows... because it says it will be dynamic:

  What caught is:

  The testout.pdf displays a single row, with values 1,2,3,4 the second row is visible only when I export data in xml format, but not in the PDF file.

  Please can someone enlighten me?

  I have never programmed in Java and need a Java script to insert in a calculation field in an Adobe PDF form that I created using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  This form will be the one that can be filled on the PC or printed and filled out manually.  The calculated field will display a zero unwanted when printing and I want it to be empty.  Another field will be a calculated percentage and displays an error when there is no divider; a similar problem, I want to be a Virgin and the person filing the form manually to calculate the field and write.  I don't have time to learn

  The Excel formula would be: If (Cell_1A = "", "", Cell_1A + Cell_1B)

  What would be the JAVA script in a dialog box "Simplified field Notation" or "custom calculation Script?

  Both of these things require a custom calculation. For the script of the division, you can use something like this:

  For the conditional script, you can use this:

• My Adobe PDF form appears blank

  My Adobe PDF form is sent as an attachment to e-mail. With the earlier version in IOS IPhone when I opened the PDF via Adobe Acrobat form would show all of the populated fields.

  With the new update, the form displayed in white... the fields appear not Populated unless I have the highlighted cell.  Once the cell is closed, the cell it turns off again.

  FYI on a Windows PC or Mac laptop to the PDF is filled.   It seems to be a problem of IOS. How can I change or difficulty to form be completely visible on the IPhone?

  We have received your PDF form by e-mail.  Thank you!

  First of all, I opened your PDF form in the version of Acrobat Reader DC Office on a Mac computer.  The populated fields seemed empty as well.

  The Document Properties dialog box (file > properties...) shows that the PDF form was generated by Mac OS X 10.11.1. Quartz PDFContext.

  

  PDF forms generated by the Apple products or filled in Apple Preview (desktop application) contain invalid entries that cause fields populated to appear empty.

  To repair the existing defective PDF form

  • Open the PDF form in Acrobat Reader (mobile app or desktop), click on / tap each field populated, add space and remove the space.  (This fixes an individual field).
  • Open the PDF form in Acrobat Professional or Standard (desktop app paid), delete all the text fields, then fill out the form again.

  In the future, it is recommended

  • Avoid using Apple Preview (desktop application) on a Mac computer to fill in PDF Forms.
  • Use Acrobat Reader app for iOS or Android to fill PDF Forms.
  • Use the desktop version of Acrobat Reader DC on a Mac or Windows computer to fill PDF Forms.
