  I bought Adobe Master Collection CS5 a few years ago and use it on my desktop and laptop computers. I've lost since the installation CD/DVD. I want to buy a new laptop Mac and use my Master Collection license for the Mac laptop. I disable and uninstall the version on my laptop.

  I installed Adobe Master collection CS4 trial on DVD Adobe kindly sent to me for free, and after using it for 4 days, the trial expired somehow me for no reason.

  Is it possible that I can reset the trial or it expanded? I think 4 days isn't enough for me to try everything, and I don't want to spend much $ if I don't make full use of the software.

  As indicated, there is no way to extend or everyone should do.

  It's a little weird but I installed Creative Suite 5 Master Collection (trial version) the other day on my PC (newly re-installed with Windows 7 64-bit) and for some reason, there is no trace of Acrobat!

  I googled this yeaterday and found a few other people with the same problem (but can't seem to find them today). No idea why this might be the case?

  Before I invested in CS5 I downloaded also the demo on Mac and PC platforms.  I think I remember that the part of the stipulation of the software of the trial was that not all applications will be included or fully functional, Acrobat is one of them since you can probably download a trial of Acrobat separately and that Adobe Reader is free.  Try to download separately.  Acrobat is the same version 9 than it has been for CS4 that can also be a reason, it is not included in the trial of CS5 software download.

  I have a version certified the Adobe Master collection, with a code and all, completely legal and bought. But when I try to install it, my macbook (OS X 10.9.5) pa recognizes as a copy pirate / an illegal versian and automatically stops the download...   CS 5.5 was never tested on MAC 10.9.X, it is perhaps one of the reasons why it can give you this kind of errors/warnings.

  If you own the CS6 Master Collection and no other product CS6, then this is the product, you must install.  No one else will not activate with your Master Collection serial number.  Through the Master CS6 Collection, you install the individual applications.  Dreamweaver should be included in this Collection.  You can see all the applications of the Master Collection on the next page: multimedia design software | Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection 6

  Today I launch photoshop and an update coming - and zap. All my licenses are in 'TEST' mode and when I enter my license key, I get the message:

  Yes. After MUCH debate of live chat (the first rep was very dismissive) - and then talk to the contractor. It turns out a person with a keygen used my serial no as well.

  I then had to prove that I bought with $ via the ancient recipes of Paypal + photos + screencaps. They then unblocked my account and issued me a new serial number.
