• With the help of Adobe Media Downloader

  I archive my photos using Adobe Media Download.  The first time I tried, it's 98% and everything stopped. I don't think it's over. So I started again and let it run overnight.  In the morning there was a code that said because of the heavy burden that the program paused.  Now, there is a small box that says download.  There is no requirement as to the progress of the download.  I have no idea how long to wait to take.  I need to download a different material and use other programs.  How can I stop the download, I can have it at a more appropriate time?

  To get rid of the small window - clear your cache by deleting this folder

  WIN: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\com.adobe.px.Downloader.
  MAC: /users/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.px.Downloader.

  Now restart the Downloader login and start your download. Don't forget where you get the message 'heavy load' once again he would RESUME on its own - just in case if it is not do not reject the download message and close the application using the (x) button only at the top right and launch the application again whenever you have the time and he'll just start where he was.

  I cannot download Photoshop elements 13.0 MAC ESD LRF from LWS. I tried several times and I've always had a 'Fail - system busy' error message (in French, which means "Failure - system busy"). In the target folder, I find a file 'Unconfirmed 425527.crdownload' which contains 1.82 GB. So the file seems to be complete or almost complete.

  My laptop works with Windows 7 and he is not busy with other heavy tasks during the download. There is a lot of space on the disk.

  I am trying to download the trial version for Adobe Media Encoder.

  Tried IE... Chrome... Firfox. Each each case he says that it is downloaded, however, after several hours nothing.

  Yes.
  But before current verion of the SOUL (CC) to do so, you had to download and install one of the programs associated/connected with the SOUL. To download, install and use SOUL version 7.2 tou will need to download and install AE CC or agency CC (2013 edition - first edition of the CC) and with any of these SOUL should install also.

  Uninstall acrobat, clean (if windows os), Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool , and then reinstall.

• Cineware C4D render fails in Adobe Media Encoder

  I'm trying to make a composition in After Effects using Cineware and a very basic layer of C4D Lite.

  It renders directly in the AE render queue, but freezes and ultimately fails in Adobe Media Encoder.

  The error message is:

  Encoding failed

  -------------------------------------------------------

  Export error

  Movie compilation error.

  Unknown error.

  I use Windows 7, Adobe Creative Cloud.  I open default 5030 the TCP port in the Windows Firewall and tried to disable Windows Firewall altogether.  I tried rendering with CUDA and software only.  I cleared my cache of rendering and rebooted several times.  I had no problem rendering in the Media Encoder until I have try to activate a layer of Cineware.  He made a sheep noise.

  I recently installed Adobe Media Encoder CC 2014 as part of the Creative Suite, but I would like to use an older version of Media Encoder (for example, 5.5 or 6) that supports export to .flv.

  This is part of my current workflow to get the content in Flash 3D animation (incorporation is the best way for me).

  Your documentation says I can download previous versions of the software, but I can't find where to download a previous version of Media Encoder for the mac platform.

  You must install the first Pro CC, after effects CC, CC Flash or InDesign CC.

  CC of the SOUL (7.x) and earlier versions are only installed and uninstalled by a host application.

  SOUL CC 2014 (8.x) is installed by first Pro CC 2014 and after effects CC 2014, etc, but you can also choose to install or uninstall without install or uninstall other applications. There is a new change for CC 2014 applications, in order to avoid this issue in the future.

  For the people who sent me the same problem... THE Muse CC will not download/install

  In my case it was because of a legacy version of Adobe Air (installed through CS6) which would be update or delete using the updated standard Adobe, or using the feature of panel\programs & features\uninstall microsoft\control

  To resolve this problem, you need the tool of register of Mircrosoft Fixit from here:

  http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/en-us

  Run the tool of naming 'Adobe Air' as the program that could not be uninstalled... it took awhile, but finally finished uninstalling.

  Then I could just install Adobe Air from the MuseCC & using standard abobe installers.

  Adobe media encoder cs5.5 fails to open the queue when first CS5.5 exporting. I use an Mpeg2 normative action and choosing export immediate option works very well. After having chosen the option of queue, Adobe media encoder will show its splash screen... Then nothing. Does anyone else have this problem?

  Try trashing the preferences of the user for media encode.  It is usually the cause of this type of problem.
