Adobe Muse CC never downloads
Hi, I'm using the AAM last (I think). I'm trying to install Adobe Muse CC, I can see in the list of applications. I click on "Install" and it says "Download"... "but it just sits there and never downloads. Any help would be appreciated. I am running Windows 7. Thank you.
Open https://ccmdls.adobe.com and http://ccmdl.adobe.com in the browser. You should get access denied page (which means you are able to open the page, but access is denied) and if you are unable to open these URLs in the browser, then please check your proxy server or network firewall if it is present.
If you are able to access the URL, then respond to the private message that we would like to get the logs present %temp%\AdobeDownload\DLM.log and DLM_Native.log to see what is the real problem.

My free trial version of Adobe Muse don't download.
I want to download the free 30 day trial of Adobe Muse for a school project, but when I connect to my Adobe account and click on the free trial version download, it says "Adobe Muse is downloading now... "but nothing downloads. The screen does not change, there is no loading bar and nothing appears as a download/files downloaded programs. I used different free trials of Adobe before and had no problem, and this is the first time something strange happened on this account. Someone knows what to do to download? I've tried refreshing or closing and re-opening the page and go through the steps to download again, but nothing is changing than anything and I can't find anything on Google.

Please, try these steps and see if it helps:
1-force Quit all Adobe related see process activity monitor in the same order, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Cloud of creative,
- Synchronization of the base,
- CC library
- CX process
- Office Adobe services,
- Broker IPC in Adobe, Adobe Crash demon
2-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > Adobe installer > uninstall Adobe Creative cloud (if problems uninstall Trash)
3-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > (delete these two folders - creative cloud Adobe and Adobe Application Manager )
4 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)
5. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash folder OOBE and AAM Updater folder so
6. new > right-click on the icon in the Finder and select "go to" folder option. > you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ library (It will open the library system folder.)
7. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash folder OOBE and Adobe Application Manager / after that, rename the SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
8 - go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > privacy and security > firewall > OFF (to do this, you will need to click on the padlock in the lower left of this machine and then enter your mac password)
9 - go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > Security and privacy > General > allow applications downloaded on should be put on ANYWHERE
10 - Make sure of course there is no other program security Internet enabled - if it is then go ahead and launch CC app and login and check (check your extensions as well id browser it disable any toolbar security or advertising, blocking of extensions you installed them)
Adobe 11 - run cleanup tool. > If so, select "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 ' and then click on"Clean up selected. "

There is some Confusion here.
Adobe Muse was never released in version CS6. It has always been a part of the creative cloud only. You can check the version of Muse in school by going to help > about Muse (Windows) or Adobe Muse > on Adobe Muse (Mac users).
If you are talking about the compatibility of your project in versions of Muse version, I want to confirm that a project created and saved in an earlier version can be changed in the new version of Muse, but if a project is modified and saved in the latest version so you can't open it in previous versions.
So if the version of Muse in school machine is older than the version that you have installed on your machine at home, you will not be able to open in school once edited and saved in the machine Home machine.
If you could share versions of Adobe Muse on both the machine then I can give you a precise answer to your question.

I am a PC user and I have Adobe Creative Cloud Muse 2014. I received the "could not sign in you [access denied: 530]." Check your username and password "error. trying to download my muse to my ftp, GoDaddy host site I did it successfully in the past and that recently it has stopped working. I looked online at the Adobe Muse Help FAQ | Download a Site from Muse Adobe on a third-party hosting service and he said to download the ftpprefs.xml file but this file simply leads to a blank page that says / * not found * / / * not found * /.

As you have found the error [access denied: 530] This means that the problem is with access. The user name and password that you enter is incorrect or you don't have the appropriate permissions.
I suggest you to contact Godaddy to reset the password or reset the permissions.

Help? This Adobe Muse site file is damaged and cannot be opened.
In the process of looking for a new program of creation of Internet site, I ran across Adobe Muse that I downloaded the trial version. I was really impressed with it until last night.
After two weeks of creation and tweaking the company of my wife website, it is time to upload it to the server, but when I tried to open the file I got the error message "this Muse Adobe site file is damaged and cannot be opened. Is there any hope of recovering it, or I have to start all over again? I was after all register change, so small they are, so I wouldn't run the risk of losing changes if a problem arose. I see no problem of disk, and nothing else seems to be affected.
Any ideas? As I'm only using the trial version, is there any kind of support?

I wanted only to test Adobe Muse first, I downloaded the demo.
Now after the expiration of my trial I can only 'buy' although it is part of my subscription to Adobe CC, which includes the Muse.
I tried to re - download, restart, then uninstall Muse but it only gives me the option 'buy '.

Launch the cloud creative ghe Apps tab. Thern click the 'try' next Muse button in the list of applications.

I have problems installing Adobe Muse CC (test) of the creative cloud app. It-error at 0% of the installation. Not sure if creative Cloud connect at all. Is there direct links to download the app? I would like to sign up for the subscription if I can get beyond this issue.

You can find details about error-60 and how to examine the logs from download to the error download, installation or update of Adobe Creative Cloud applications. You are invited to post specific errors, you'll see in the newspapers.
As you have indicated that you download a trial version of the solution proposed by error-60 trying to download Adobe applications would not apply.
