  For the people who sent me the same problem... THE Muse CC will not download/install

  In my case it was because of a legacy version of Adobe Air (installed through CS6) which would be update or delete using the updated standard Adobe, or using the feature of panel\programs & features\uninstall microsoft\control

  To resolve this problem, you need the tool of register of Mircrosoft Fixit from here:

  http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/en-us

  Run the tool of naming 'Adobe Air' as the program that could not be uninstalled... it took awhile, but finally finished uninstalling.

  Then I could just install Adobe Air from the MuseCC & using standard abobe installers.

  Hi, I understand that preview of muse is a composite of different browsers, phones etc... is that correct and if so why would you do this case the result is fetch just hodgepodge - apologies if I'm wrong?

  All I have at this point is a simple slide show and a few words. The preview is out of whack. When I saw in Firefox, however, it seems... I download from this site.

  So, is it possible to display the Muse in multiple browsers - according to the Expression Web where you can get a glimpse into all browsers you have installed - before you download, rather than rely on a composite preview which may or may not be accurate?

  You can just copy the URL (which is in the address browser bar when preview you in the browser to Muse) and paste in the address bar of any other browser, then press ENTER to see how it looks like in other browsers.

  I try to preview my site in a browser (file > Preview in the browser Site) and get the error message "Preview fails: Preview failed because Adobe Muse could not establish a connection over HTTP." I use AVG security. I already checked AVG security to make sure that the Muse has full access through the firewall. I also tried to disable the firewall completely. None has solved the problem. I am running Muse on a Windows 8 of 64-bit system. I also tried to restart. Any suggestions?

  I've seen a lot of questions like that already. I copied in fact almost all of an old question since the answer didn't help me so I will try again to find a solution.

  Now in the last step of this tutorial, if you see that some proxy settings are already selected, you must SELECT the option that says-"automatically detect settings".

  Also if you have internet explorer installed, please disable any proxy in it too in a similar way.

I use Norton security provided by Comcast. I already checked to be sure that the Muse has full access through the Firewall Norton security. I also tried to disable the firewall completely.   I had too many problems related to this. Overview failed in the Muse, no access to my libraries of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm working on Windows 8, 64-bit. SOLUTION: I uninstalled McAfee completely and reinstalled with everything, but not the firewall. Now, my Windows Firewall is active (with given permission for my Adobe programs). And everything works fine. When you try this take a look at your pages of Norton or McAfee Support so that you can reinstall correctly and you have no other license to use. Everything I tried before giving access Muse and Adobe programs to the internet or just stop the firewall did not work. But now everything is fine. Hope this helps some of you.

  I have a problem trying to download some (minor) changes to an Adobe Muse Web site. The failure message is (short):

  "There is an error during the download of u1112 - 17.png. Try again later > FTP download failed: 533 ".

  (see photo below, in Dutch).

  
  

  The site is realized on an iMac and I have had no problem download from the site a month ago.

  Hoping to solve this problem I've renamed and replaced all the images, but nothing seems to work.

  Strange thing is: I don't have any image png with the name 'u1112 - 17.png' in my site or on my Mac.

  Same old, same old: nothing on your page correctly grouped or locked by widgets, so nothing can answer correctly to external changes such as the size of the different browser. You just placed on the page, which does not work most of the time...

  BUT ITS FIXED!

  I tried to update to Dreamweaver and it ALSO came with a police problem. I knew then that it is a global problem. I started looking "Fonts Windows 10 errors" in Google and various iterations of this search. Came across an article of overflow stack get exactly the problem I was getting (I tried to manually install fonts to see if Dreamweaver would skip that part of the facility and move, because it was stuck and ending in error.) The summary said it was trying to install a font and failed).

  I guess you are in Windows 10, and you have also disabled your firewall.

  TURN WELL. They are related somehow. So any time that you want to install a font, update the adobe software, or in our case, run muse... You must activate your firewall. The stupidest thing I've ever heard of MS demanding...

  Adobe support helped me to find the problem.  Content tags we put on the block of text doesn't jive with catalyst for business.  Remove the content tags contributed to publish the site.

  I content on my web pages in Muse design that descends below the visible window, but when I go to preview in browser, it only presents a preview which is visible in my window. Of course, I can press command + /, but I should be able to use my mouse wheel or my scroll bar to see the lowest content. I just can't understand how do! Is this something to do with the positions of Master Page header footer? They all look fine and normal and all the other sites I've done. In ADDITION, I checked non paged area (Mount table), and there is NO hidden content.

  I tried to move my content down (to 'wrong' it to enable vertical scrolling). I tried to move my foot higher than the content, but all useless page.

  Preview in browser = will just not scroll down.

  I had the same problem and it took me almost 2 days to find a solution.

  See if that solves your problem (if all goes well it has been resolved since you posted).

  1. in the model Master, click on Page > Page Properties > metadata

  2. remove the small piece of code next to the body tag-{overflow-y: hidden}

  3. click on OK, then get an overview of your pages.

  Windows

  Click on the start"" menu. Select "All programs" and then "accessories."

  Right click on "Notepad" and select "run as Administrator"

  Click "Continue" on the "Windows needs your permission" dialog box

  When Notepad opens, click file, and then select open

  In the file name field, type the following text:

  C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts

  If all of the entries in the host file include keywords such as "adobe", ask the user to remove these entries. These are used for the purchase of licenses Adobe.

  From the menu, select 'file', 'save' after changing

  Restart the Muse

  Macintosh

  Click the "Finder". Select the folder "Applications".

  Open the "Utilities" folder and select "Terminal".

  Type the following command:

  sudo nano/etc/hosts

  Enter the password associated with the user of the OS when prompted

  Hello! It's OK I solved the problem! The price of looking like an idiot, I share this because others may be in the same situation. I remember that a couple of weeks, I disabled java script in all my browsers because I had a potential security risk (which I don't have) and was advised to do. Now I turned back Javascript, everything works perfectly! Unfortunately, it took me about 6 hours to work! On the plus side, at least now I know what will look like my site if someone views it with javascript is disabled! I've used Mac professionally for 20 years, so you can imagine how stupid, I feel right now! Thanks for getting back to me well!

  I am interested to try Adobe Muse, but whenever I try to start my trial I get an error message that says: "initialization of the trial does not, your trial period has expired. I've never used the software before and I tried to create a different Adobe ID, I installed it on another system and I still get the same error.

  I'm on Mac OS X 10.7.5 on an iMac end of 2006.
