  I have the Adobe paper Texture Pro added Panel. I also added a few records of texture of mine. However; I have no scroll bar on the side as on the video tutorial.   If you have upgraded your version of Creative Cloud Deskop App in the last 24 hours (to build the 2.1.1.110), you may experience installation problems with some modules that contain the locale specified in the MXI product.   You may not use the CC extensions Manager. It must be CS6. Can you confirm?

  Because the printer is able to scan from HP and Microsoft paint software then the problem you are having is with the Adobe Acrobat 9 software. My first suggestion would be to uninstall the program and then reinstall it to see if the problem persists. If you still have the same problem, you need to contact Adobe technical support.

  Acrobat 9 is quite old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 has Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.
