  Having a problem with Photoshop when run as an administrator not on the PC area.

  I don't think its related material, the same problem occurs on multiple types of hardware in several suites and will work very well with an administrator.

  In our configuration of most of the users on the domain are not admin and students if this isn't really a poisibility to give all users of photoshop admin rights

  Hi all

  Just for anyone else who gets the same question that we have, I think I found the solution, in our case at least.

  I ran process monitor again to see if I could spot something strange that Photoshop was trying to do and then I found this:

  

  It seems that Photoshop is trying to create a new file to the root of the directory windows called pslog.txt and when he fails to make the program crashes.

  So I created a script that creates this file and then gives all users write access, and this has prevented the crash.

  Hope this helps someone else who is in the same situation as us, trying to get the program to run in a domain environment.

  I have the latest PS app but when I received the book mentioned above the required configuration is Adobe Photoshop CC (2014 release) and Adobe Bridge installed CC. I am new to all this and don't know if both are provided with the current application, I have on my laptop or if I need to download a different software.  13 elements Adobe works for the book above?

  If you have the latest Photoshop CC app (no elements) and bridge installed, you're good to go, but the book will be very useful if you use elements.

  I have an Intel HD Graphics 4000 (pilot: 9.17.10.2932) and I think it's the most recent driver. I don't know why it crashes and I would like to know what I can do to solve the problem.

  And who told you that your ATI video card driver crashed. Go update the driver from the Web of AMD/ATI site.

  After that we have changed the default printer, Adobe Photoshop CS6 (x 64) crashes when you click the button print. The x 86 cs6 works very well.

  I had this problem too.  I didn't know it at first because the CC 2014.2.2 to update installed without error and 2014 CC work without problem so I thought.  I turn off the Welcome screen. I thought it may be a good idea to see if Adobe added something new to the Welcome screen, so I used the Help menu > welcome...  When I did, I got that pop up on the extension is not signed.  After that, I received this message every time I started CC 2014.   Then I saw did not have the new preference do not show the Welcome screen.  I solved the problem by using Photoshop CC 2014 direct Installer to install Photoshop CC 2014 on top of Photoshop CC 2014.  Back level CC 2014 so I used the menu help > updates of all the updates that are installed without error. The home screen has worked and I also had the new shows don't not the preference of the Welcome screen.

  When Lightroom 5 and I select "Edit in Adobe Photoshop CC 2014", it does not create a copy in a format tif or psd (or jpg) as it did in previous versions.  A box to pop up allowing me to set the file type, space etc. color then in Lightroom, I'd get a second file (filename - edit.xxx) and photoshop open this file for editing.  I am very use to this my previous versions of LR 4 and cs3 workflow...  Any help is appreciated!

  At the point where the image is opened in Photoshop is no longer raw images. You do not work on the raw file in Photoshop. The only difference in your workflow is when this TIF file is saved. Since Lightroom and Photoshop are synchronized, the backup of this secondary file is deferred until the end of the session of Photoshop. But any work you do in Photoshop is registered in the TIF file. The only difference is the point to which the file is saved. So you really change your workflow at all. Photoshop, in itself, cannot do anything with the raw image data.

  To expand a little further, Photoshop cannot change the raw image data. When an image is sent from Lightroom to Photoshop, Camera Raw is used to interpret the adjustments that have been made in Lightroom. The image is then converted into a standard RGB image. When Photoshop and Lightroom are "in phase" which converted image is kind of 'suspended' in Photoshop. You make the settings using Photoshop, and then the image is saved in a TIF or PSD file according to your Lightroom preferences. When Lightroom is more recent than Photoshop / Camera Raw, Lightroom will give you the choice of creating the TIF image that includes any adjustments in Lightroom, or to open the image in Photoshop. If you choose the second option, then the image opens without creating the TIF, but any adjustments you've made in Lightroom can not be applied because you are using an old Camera Raw. Which may or may not create a problem. Something you'll have to decide.

  This warning is not come muse. It must come from your firewall or anti-virus software. In my view, that muse added to the firewall exceptions list should solve the problem.

  As reported in other threads, Adobe dropped Flash support in PS CC 2014 extensions. As a result, a very large number of extensions that are Flash-based is more compatible with Photoshop CC 2014. Same Mini Bridge no longer works with PS CC 2014. Some extensions will be rewritten, others do not. You must ask the author of the extension in order to know if a new version comes out. Otherwise, your extension will be usable in Photoshop CC, not Photoshop CC 2014.

  It is a very strange decision that causes a lot of harm to many users. But hey, it's Adobe...

  Athlon XP?  Who can't stand actually in the minimum characteristics, because it lacks several sets of instructions (and is really, really old).

  Photoshop shouldn't crash if.  We had a problem like this before and had trouble finding even machines to test it on because the processor is so old.
