  I had a really weird problem with the installation of nine on a desktop Imac CC apps loaded delivered with 10.11.1 OSX. I tried to download Photoshop and other programs through the application of office creative cloud without success. I did a video before describing this problem and I did not get anywhere with a solution on forums or online. I tried to make installations manual with the download live file and even copied an a 10.11.0 installation mac and it still does not work.

  I think it's weird I'll install on a Mac 10.11.0 no problem, but if it is updated to 10.11.1 it stops working completely and won't allow you to re - install.

  Follow the instructions guys. If you do it step by step you should be fine

  (1) disconnect CC

  (2) close all applications of CC for example Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

  (3) open CC

  (4) Begin download
