Adobe Photoshop cs6 - I can't access my software.

Im not able to access my software of Adobe Photoshop cs6. He told me that my trial has reached expiry. But I have already made payments for the month of November. Help, please.

Open a browser > to Adobe.com and sign in with your email and password. This proves that you can access your account and under "manage your account" see that your subscription is reported as active.

Open Photoshop CS6.

Click on "license this software" where you see test expired.

Sign in using your Adobe ID and password you have registered with your subscription.

It should show a license agreement, only Photoshop screen and I agree it should be opened.
