Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom - "no subscription found" (Windows 10)

Good morning / afternoon,

About 3 days ago I bought the composition photography Plan and when I try to open Photoshop or Lightroom, it starts in trial Mode and says "your trial period has expired. When I click on "license this software" and I connect with my Adobe ID, a new message not saying "none found subscription." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Creative cloud, but the problem remains. Can someone help me?

1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside the folder etc.

Copy 2) guests of the file on the desktop and even open with Notepad.

Check if you can see all Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?
