  What operating system is running your 12 items first? Have you updated to 12 to 12.1 update using Help Menu/implementation of an open project? If this isn't the case, please do.

  Go to the following location and rename the folder in the name of old_folder

  User/user/library/Application Support and rename the Adobe folder

  User/Library/Preferences and rename the Adobe folder

  I've written before last week. I bought Adobe Photoshop elements 11 and Adobe Premiere elements 11.

  I had a trial version of Photoshop elements 11 and with the code I could access the full version.

  
  However, Premiere Elements did not open after installation. I have a trial version, so I downloaded the full program. I went through the installation process and everything seemed ok, no error message. But when I tried to open Adobe Premiere Elements after you restart the computer, it did not open at all. Nothing happened.
  I uninstalled and reinstalled the program for a couple of times over and over again, but no result. Also tried to download the free trial first, and also it does not work. I checked my Quicktime and updated to the latest version.

• Why Adobe Premiere elements 11 not load not my video?

  First, the system I'm working on a 10 and set windows to update some time ago. I have not had any problems until today 27/12/15.

  So basically, the problem is the following

  1. open the first elements 11

  2. Select new project

  3 Add media items

  4. click on video avi [note recorded with fraps, which I've never had problems with before]

  5. video appears in the files

  6. the little blue bar at the bottom left of the screen is not displayed with the percentage of loading it

  7. drag the video to the editing area

  8. go to save [tried several ways to save]

  9 is it trying to save it without time til done appear or anything like that.

  FRAPS is certainly the issue here. It uses a codec that Premiere Elements is not able to read on your computer.

  I have a single video drivers and it's an intel one so no geforce or amd, I tried to go into the BIOS, but it didn't work as I have only 1 video driver, I tried to go to the economy mode and then high-performance, I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still nothing energy. I remember letting Adobe Premiere on during approximately 3 hours while I watch a movie and which may of messed up the video about it. If you can help that would be GREAT!
