  Is it a screenshot of your computer? And if so, the program captures the fact as a framer-variable rate (VFR) or constant rate (CFR)? Many screen capture programs are VFR, which PrPro doesn't work with. If this is the case, you will need to download a program like the freebie of the hand brake which allows you to transcode the footage to the CFR, then use in PrPro.

• Could not find Adobe Premiere Pro in Adobe Application Manager

  I started a subscription to Adobe Creative cloud about two weeks ago, and yesterday I ran into a little problem.

  I have the MAO installed on my PC at work and on my desktop at home. The two PC's running Windows 7.

  When I started the AAM yesterday to download and install Adobe Premiere Pro on my work PC it does not appear in the list of available applications, or Adobe After Effects or Adobe speed Grade.

  I know that I have installed on my PC at the design house, and I am sure that I also installed After Effects and ranks of the speed on this machine.

  I also tried logging in to https://creative.adobe.com/ trying to install the software from there, but clicking on the links (not sure what the link says in English since I am running windows in Swedish) did not begin the installation either.   I suspect that your PC is Win 7 64 bit and your work PC Win 7 32-bit.

  Premiere Pro, After Effects, and SpeedGrade are all 64 bits only and require 64-bit hardware and operating systems.

  I import a video green screen and I start making my adjustments in the effects of Ultra keying and when I adjust the choke and soften in the cleaning of the Matte, the preview screen becomes black.
