Adobe Pro DC - form of import Excel calculations

I have DC Pro Adobe version 15.8.20082.147029 (2015). I'm trying to create calculations in a form that I imported from an excel file. I can't for the life of understand me. When I click in a text field to go to 'Properties', I don't see no label of measurements or calculations (like the previous versions). Can someone point me in the right direction?

You have probably inadvertently a compatible form of eSign Adobe DC. To go back in form editing mode, select: more > return to the Acrobat form

  • Import Excel data into Form Designer

    I developed a dynamic form in Livecycle designer that will be sent to hundreds of schools throughout Nebraska.  There is a table in this form that has buttons to add or remove a line while dependent students informtion can be entered in this table. How I shape now works perfect for most schools, however; with the largest schools that will enter in over 200 different lines of information, it will be a long unessarily task.  Most of these schools already have the information that we solicit in an Excel file.  Is it possible for an end user of this form, using the adobe reader software to import excel data into the table?

    It is possible, but you will find may be more difficult than what it's worth.

    1. you must manipulate the worksheet to make it look like a DB

    2. you must set up an ODBC connection on the system running the form and the worksheet...

    3. you would have to change to point to the worksheet from the definition

    4. you wish Reader the form using LiveCYcle Reader Extensions to allow the ODBC connection occurs in the drive.

  • Screenshot in Adobe Pro XI fillable form

    I use Adobe Pro XI and I have created a form to fill out.  On a question, I need to have the respondents to be able to submit a screenshot of their computer showing a process on which they work. I can't understand how to paste a page in my form.  Is it possible to do?  Thanks in advance for the help.

    It is not possible to do this with any software from Adobe. If they save the screenshot to a file they can attach to the PDF document, but not directly from the Clipboard.

  • Cannot create Excel to pdf files in Adobe Pro XI

    I have lots to create pdf files in Adobe Pro XI every two weeks.  Two weeks ago, I was unable to do more.  It seems that Adobe cannot open Excel or something.  I go to file/create/batch create multiple files.  I add files and select the directory to put them.  I get "unexpected error has occurred.  PDFMaker was able to produce the PDF from Adobe. "I fixed Adobe Adobe and inside Control Panel, uninstalled then reinstalled Adobe, checked the items disabled in Excel and unchecked and rechecked Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin in Excel.  I am still unable to create even a single pdf file from Adobe.  I'll have to open each file separately in Excel and convert them to PDF format it.  Any help is appreciated.

    I found the answer.  I was able to create files in Word that made me believe that the problem was with Excel and not Adobe.  I did a repair of Excel, and all is well.

  • I have Adobe Pro to print a form in Adobe PDF format?

    Hello, I have a scenario where I would like to offer internal employees to fill a form that they can print in PDF format so that it is no longer a form.  This would then share the new document with external clients.  Internal employees have the opportunity to do it themselves without access to Adobe Pro?

    The Adobe PDF printer comes with Adobe Acrobat Standard and Pro.

  • Hello. How to import a *. IFC (3D) in Adobe Pro XI file?

    Hello. How to import a *. IFC (3D) in Adobe Pro XI file?

    You can not. Acrobat will import the PRC or U3D - files so you need to convert your model to one of these formats using third-party tools such as the Tetra4D.

  • Adobe pro 9 will not recognize the .xlsx (Excel) files to combine documents into a single PDF

    I have yet to understand why Adobe pro 9 does not recognize the .xlsx files to combine into a PDF file. Need this problem solved quickly before our high season resumes. any suggestions? I know that you can save the Excel worksheet to a PDF document, but it takes too much time and space on our server. We must be able to combine the Excel file with files Post Script together at a time instead of going back to add more later. We are constantly updating of spreadsheets on a daily with the type of business that we do, you can understand why save the worksheet in PDF format updated every hour is a problem/waste of time.

    Thank you

    Brittany

    My guess is that you have OFFICE 2010 or newer. AA 9 PDF Maker that is necessary for what you want to do is not compatible with OFFICE 2010.

  • Problems printing to Adobe Pro

    I can't print in Adobe Pro all of a sudden. Worked well previously. Computer restarted - still does not. When I select print or Ctrl-P, nothing happens. I had to switch to Adobe Reader to print my files. I can print from other programs without any problem (Word, Excel, etc.). Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Miraculously, it works perfectly this morning... go figure.

  • Formatting check box for the conditional statements in Adobe Acrobat format, form editor

    I'm looking for the format I should use boxes in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, forms, Java Script Editor.  I am very familiar with this, as well as the use of the IF / AND statements.  I'm NOT using LiveCycle.

    Algorithm:

    -If either CB1 or CB2 are checked, then empty, equal

    -Si CB2 is checked then equal "N/a".

    D ' other...

    I don't know how I should be charged the formula.  I was also curious, I noticed in the properties of the box that the value of exports could be retained.  I've seen different variables, including here, Yes, 0, 1, True, etc.  Will there be an impact on the code?

    var v1 = + this.getField ("Check Box1") .value;
    var v2 = + this.getField ("Check Box2") .value;

    If ((v1 == "") & (v2 == "")) event.value = "";

    ElseIf (v2! == 'Off') event.value = "n/a";

    else event.value = ("... ») ;

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    -Yes, of course. If you change the value of the export of the boxes - and then you have to adjust your code accordingly to take into account.

    -The value of a checkbox that is unchecked is always "Off".

    -When you add the symbol '+' before this.getField("XXX").value you want to convert it to a number. That doesn't look like a good idea in your case, then you should drop.

  • Create a PDF template to use import Excel data

    I created a 'cover' page in Acrobat. I want this to be a template where I can import Excel data and insert my signature before sending it to our customers. It is a management report. How can I do this as efficiently as possible? So far I have converted each of these Excel files to PDF from Excel, open the cover.pdf, inserted the Excel file converted and inserted my signature and the text. I think that there is an easier way to do this?

    Thank you in advance.

    I already bought acrobat adobe pro XI. I need to install on a new computer. Do I just log-in with my name of user and password?

    If you want to tell newspapers on your account to download, Yes, this would be possible if you bought through Adobe as a download.  You can also download through other resources.  You will need the serial number to activate it, which may also be available through your online account.

    Acrobat XI, X - http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

    You can also download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

    Don't forget to follow the steps described in the Note: very important Instructions in the section on the pages of this site download and have cookies turned on in your browser, otherwise the download will not work correctly.
