• Problem with implementation of digital signature in Adobe Pro 9 on Windows 8

  As request for Pfizer, Member of the support group I assists the user with software related issues. For now, I'm stuck with the following text:

  A user has Adobe 9 Pro installed on his machine to Windows 8. Whenever he wants to sign a document with a reason, there getting following error message:

  Creation of this signature could not be completed.

  Unknown error

  Technical support information: CDSHandler-619

  Click OK and try to sign in again, it works, and the document is signed. We have re-created the signature and deleted all the old signatures of its system. The problem persists.

  The issue is underway, since the user migrated from Windows XP to Windows 8. We have tested the following:

  1 establishment of the document .pdf by another user using Adobe 9 Pro or Pro XI

  2 creation of document .pdf by user using Adobe 9 Pro

  In the second case, when a Word document is saved as a .pdf document, the signature is placed directly. The error occurs in all other cases (.pdf document Word in Adobe using Adobe Pro 9 or creation in Adobe 11) and the second attempt is successful.

  I have a date value remove Adobe 9 Pro for system users and install Pro XI, but want to make sure I'm not missing something.

  What can be the problem and how can it be solved? Thanks a lot for your comments.

  Acrobat 9 was never certified for Win8 and it is no longer supported. So, if there is a problem it the only recourse is updated Acrobat to a supported version (I would advocate for Acrobat DC).

  You can directly delete the application from the Applications folder, which is just trash/Applications/Adobe Reader.app. Also, this can cause a break in the features of Safari to read PDF files using Adobe Reader plugin. To resolve this problem, go into/Library/Internet Plug - Ins / and remove AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin

• Adobe Pro uninstall not recognized by creative cloud.

  I uninstalled Adobe Pro from my MAC using uninstaller in Applications/Utilities, but it still shows as "up-to-date" in the creative clouds.  I need creative Cloud to rest so that I can install it again.

  I am trying to open Adobe Pro XI download that I put on my computer this morning. The first thing that happens is I get "login account Adobe". I try and it says that I am not connected to the internet, even though I am clearly. I even opened the adobe site before trying to open Adobe XI.  It also shows that the problem might be that my clock is out of adjustment.  Since I have it on time settings auto, I don't know how it could be, but I'm willing to change if necessary.  When I tried the cat they said it's a technical question.

  Our business is to evaluate your product (Adobe Pro XI). When we use it to convert PDF to Word, some line brakes fail. We tried all possible settings, but still no luck. 'Keep the Page Layout' is the closest the ideal result that we want, but this option is not only lack some line brakes, but also cut the text. "Keep Flowing text" option doesn't cut any text, but still missing line brakes. I have attached the screenshot, it shows clearly my problem.

  "Keep the page layout" is going to put things in boxes so that they respect the limits of the element itself on the PDF page, but if the text itself does not fit this box, you will get overruns. 'Keep the text flowing' joined the text in a story, but there will always be differences. Acrobat tries to convert Word as accurately as possible, but in the absence of data structure in the file it takes to make assumptions based on the position of things. A bunch of identical length lines exactly resemble a justified paragraph, what is more common, it's what Acrobat assumes that he is.

  I guess on your screenshot that the PDF file contains text boxes with individual lines of text that have been intentionally implemented to fit within the margins. When converting to PDF this text block will be recognized as a paragraph, it is enveloping as one continuous object. You can simply drop in a few carriage returns once the word is.

  You can disable the blocking of modules in Firefox and remove the file blocklist.xml in the profile folder.
