  Hi all

  I saw this same error appear around the web, but none that relate to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015) and MS Word 2010. Has anyone encountered this same flaw/message when you try to convert/export a pdf file to MS Word 2010?

  After clicking OK several times (through the above message), the export moves in any case, is there a way to maybe get rid of the messages coming, just to make the conversion to operate?

  As an accompaniment, this isn't a problem with the help of MS Word 2013 with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015), but I would like to know if anyone has found a fix work for this export/conversion to Word 2010 (I may be among the masses here with this, but just in case where anyone knows of a fix for this).

  I tried to copy the files from "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat Capture" to "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\plug_ins", as indicated by many solutions, but I keep getting the same error.

  PDF files, on that I'm trying to use the OCR are locally stored and writable. In addition, this error occurs with normal users and administrator accounts.

  Problem has been solved by running the Acrobat Purifier, reinstall, and then copy the files from the paper Capture folder in the folder plug_ins.

  Everything works fine now.

  Hello Stephen,

  If you have upgraded your version of Creative Cloud Deskop App in the last 24 hours (to build the 2.1.1.110), you may experience installation problems with some modules that contain the locale specified in the MXI product. I believe in that paper textures Pro has a which may explain the error message.

  Please note that we are aware of this problem and are working on a fix so please bear with us for the predictable a few days until we iron out the bugs and problems arising from the new version. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

  During this time if your Adobe applications are still on the 2014 CC or MORE (i.e. you have not improved their 2015 CC) then you can select the method 'install another way' described in the troubleshooting step and download the ZXP which allows to install by using the extensions Manager, as before.

  Hello

  I am a Realtor and use Adobe Pro DC and a program through our mls called Authentisign.

  I had a document that was signed by authentisign and when printing on home computers and my office would be the signature in black.

  When others do print, it prints correctly.

  While doing some research, there was a similar problem on an adobe forum where the person said to print as image - I did.  It worked.

  What could be causing the signatures be blacked out?  I printed some documents from the same program and have never had a problem.

  When printing, you can go to advanced and it seems that if a black sheet of paper is placed on the document.  When you print as image, there is nothing of blocking the document.

  Anyone have any ideas?  I have at least a workaround solution, but as I said I have not had problems in the past.

  Good to hear that the problem is not generic and specific files. If you come across any file of that type in the future and that you can share with us, please send it through so that we can investigate it. We are not aware of all the parameters causing blacking out the question because we are not able to see the internal problem.

  OK so downloading the Adobe pro texture, it downloads ok, but then will not be displayed in the ps under extensions, then downloaded extensions manager CS6 and CC, and both still not allow me to install the extension that I downloaded, so it appears greyed out... can't add...   Adobe is a separate, online service that lets you send large files. It is not included with Acrobat Pro.
