  Hello! So I'm afraid this might be a stupid question, but I can't understand it so I decided to ask anyway. I just got a new PC that had Adobe Reader pre-installed on it.   I used to be able to annotate PDF with Adobe Reader documents (electricity bills, Council rates, etc.). Has had a recent drive failure and had to re - install the operating system of Windows 7 SP 1 and most of the applications.
