  Can specify you the version - do you mean version 5 or CS5?   I doubt you'd be able to get version 5 bit about any recent operating system.  It probably isn't a download available to make it.

  You also have Acrobat installed?  Acrobat is the creation of PDF files and Adobe editing tool.

  I worked on trying to install Adobe Reader XI from 3-4 hours without result. No matter how many times I reinstall Flash to the latest version, restart my computer, or try installing in another browser, I inevitably get this screen while trying to use the assistance programme of installation (with 'Adobe Reader Installer' in the title of the window instead of "Adobe Flash Player install"):

  It has been an incredibly frustrating 3-4 hours, and I don't really know what else to do. I don't understand why this basic plugin is so difficult to install. Currently, I am under Windows 7 Home edition. Any ideas?
