Adobe Reader is displayed not correctly bill online?

Good afternoon

Since June, 2013, Adobe Reader displays one of my bills online with overprinting, focused on the reverse of the alphanumeric characters, over some parts of the Bill, when you use the browser Firefox (v23).  Adobe Reader version is current (v11).  Using Win 7, 64-bit computer. Adobe Reader displays the Bill correctly if I switch to the browser IE10 .  Other bills of utility (who use Adobe Reader to view them) appear correctly when you use Firefox or IE10.

I contacted the service COMPUTER company and although they say other customers are affected by this issue, there is no problem at their end.

* I have included a screenshot below what the Bill looks like for your reference.

My question: what is causing this problem and how can I fix it?

Thank you for your time and any information.

This seems to open in Viewer PDFJS of Firefox and NOT with the Player Plugin. The toolbar is a dead giveaway. The spectator PDFJS isn't a good observer. Here's how disable it and use the Player plugin instead.

In Firefox, make sure you have at least two 2 tabs open: (Ctrl + T opens a new tab)

In the address of a tab bar, type "subject: config '-without the quotes, of course

You will see a warning. Click on "I'll be careful, I promise" and continue to the Setup page.

There is a bar at top. Type 'js' - once again, without the quotes.

In the results, you will see pdfjsviewer.disabled with a false vaule. Click on it once, then right-click and choose Toggle to make the value 'True '.

Close this tab.

Click Tools > Options and click on the Applications tab

Locate Adobe Acrobat Document (or file Portable Document (PDF)) in the list, and then click the drop-down menu to select "Use Adobe Reader (in Firefox)". (Mine doesn't have this choice because I also have Acrobat Pro installed, and this is my default app for PDF files)

Click OK.

Click Tools > Addons to see the Acrobat plugin is installed

Close and restart Firefox. A PDF file should now open in a browser with the Player plugin window.

  • I have a mac / downloaded adobe reader and does not accept the license agreement for end

I have a mac / downloaded adobe reader and does not accept the license agreement for end.  It says successfully downloaded.  I'm going to use it and it won't work.  Told to close.  I opened adobe reader software and brings me back to install which I knocked again, and he says already installed.

I closed out of all tabs, went to "safari" in the top of the page, clicked on close safari.  I clicked on Go, and then click applications, then I found adobe down and clicked on it.  then he gave me a place to click on accept.  I hope it works!

  • my adobe reader software does not work properly always receive a message (not), why?

my adobe reader software does not work properly always receive a message (not answer), then on the right Circle loading then suddenly stop and then become white background as shown below, why?

I can't read any pdf file and I try to update the adobe reader and acrobat software, but nothing has changed.

My (certainly old and slow) system made too the first time I opened 11 player, but he "thawed" after fifteen seconds, (an eternity in computing time, I know, but it has finally opened completely) what you see to the right is the "Tools" palette during initialization. That's exactly where mine would freeze at startup. Once he finally opened fully, I clicked on the "Tools" link at the top to close the Panel, and I opened and seen a document in this way and then closed reader. Now when I open the drive, the tool palette is not initialize and it opens immediately.

Restart and prior to open what any else, open the drive. When you open it, DO NOT try to do anything with it until it fully opens, do not click on anything that it either, do not try to switch to another app give it time to open up completely and then click the tools link to close. Then open and view a document and close it. Close the player and reopen it. the tools Panel should stay closed and reader should open completely immediately.

  • Satellite L450-136 - Adobe Reader 9 does not show full content

I have a new Satellite L450-136 that came with Windows 7, Office 7, Adobe Reader 9 installed.

When I opened recently received pdf files from the hard drive (Windows Explorer or Adobe Reader) or Internet Explorer, the individual pages are there but are greyed out and cannot be read. But I can still print. I can open and see the old PDFs on my hard drive. If I make a new pdf from Word, I can see the text, but not to see the photos. Looks like a display problem but what?

I am in Manila, bought the machine a couple of months of Amazon in London and naturally did not see the problem before my departure. [email protected]

    Hey Buddy,

Have you tried to update Adobe Reader? The most recent version of the Adobe Reader software is 9.2.0. If you n t have this version, you must update!

By the way: I give you a tip: I use Foxit PDF Reader. This tool is small, freeware and in my opinion much faster than Adobe Reader. I love it and now I have that Foxit PDF Reader installed and no problems at all.

  • Tools Adobe Reader DC does not not after signing the program on the new computer.

I use Adobe Reader DC on my laptop for months.  I just bought a new computer (all in one office) to replace my computer laptop and downloaded the program to use on the new.  Every time I try to use such tools that combine, organize files, etc. that it takes me to a Web site that shows me connected, but gives tariff plans for the purchase of a monthly subscription (that I have).  What can I do if I could come back to use it on my desktop and have these tools I use most often a function within the program?

    Hi kristenj77,

I checked your account, you have subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

Acrobat Pro & Acrobat Reader continuous are two different applications.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, is a free application that is used to display PDF files with certain features such as filling in forms, PDF, printing, etc.

To use combine files, organize, etc. features of Acrobat Reader DC, you must have the subscription for the Adobe PDF pack which is an online service of Acrobat.

As you have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro subscription, you will be able to use it only on a single system. In order to use it on the 2nd system, you will need to disable it from the first system.

If you disabled & uninstalled Adobe Acrobat DC Pro from your old system installed again on your new system?

    Kind regards

  • Adobe Reader XI will not open

I have read the discussions. I used the cleaner. I approved the EULA. All to nothing does not.

I wonder which other product I need to find to open and read a PDF file.

    Windows 7

    Adobe Reader XI (11.0.3)

It opens a file, it displays a small window that he's too busy to read this stay open just long enough to close and the main.

    Very frustrating.

    JAC

Three possibilities, that which some you already tried:

    1. Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, and then double-click Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
    2. You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
    3. It might even be a malware problem; See http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html
  • Software Adobe reader 11 will not uninstall

My PC operating system is Win XP (SP3).

I have been using Adobe Reader 11 without problems.  Recently, he would not open the pdf files. So I decided to uninstall it and install a new download.

Unfortunately, I uninstalled package of the Adobe package by mistake. (What a *!)

Then when I tried to uninstall Adobe Reader, the following message appeared "the package of the package could not be opened. Verify that the package of the package exists and that you can access.

So, I then tried to install Adobe Reader 11 defective on the existing. However, I then the message "Adobe Reader is already installed" and the installation will not proceed any further.

I'm stuck between the hammer and the anvil.  What can I do now?

(Of course, I tried the system restore, but this feature does not work.  How frustrating!)

Strange. The author of a thread should see in all messages on the wire. Like this:

  • Adobe Reader DC does not work as an application in Windows 10, it won't work as a process in the background. What could be the problem?

Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to Windows 10. Everything seemed to go well until I tried to launch Adobe Reader DC. He would only go as a background and not as an application process. I tried and tried to make it work, but in vain. I chatted to the Microsoft Support and they suggested reset Windows 10. This matter is only 10 times worse and I ended up coming back to Windows 7.

Is the issue that I had with Adobe Reader ms Windows 10 in a known and nothing has been done to fix it with an update to Adobe Reader DC? I will not dare to try to pass 10 Wndows again until I know it's quite safe to do.

I hope you guys can help

    SEE YOU SOON!

  • How can I get the Adobe Reader software, but NOT the "DC" Cloud version?

For years, I appreciated the help of the original Adobe Reader that would allow me to view PDFs via Windows Viewer or my other software, just, as I used to be able to do. Now, it seems that Adobe requires this convoluted "DC" on users version. I don't want to. I don't need all these so-called features. I don't want to "be in the clouds! -I want just a basic version that allows to display a clean image, strong, with zoom tools, etc.

Where can I get what I need, please? Of course, I hope for a version that has the day in safety.

I will appreciate it if someone would provide a URL to the "appropriate" download location link, unless Adobe no longer provides what some users want or need.

    Hi Larry cross,

You can download Adobe Reader XI from the link below:

    http://get.Adobe.com/reader/Enterprise/

You must select the operating system you use, the language of Adobe Reader you want to and the version of Adobe Reader (Select 11.0.10).
