  I have a problem with one of my clients where they enter and manually activate the Adobe Acrobat plugin for Outlook 2013 every time they close and reopen Outlook or restart their computer.  When I go into add-ins in Outlook plug-in is not in the disabled COM add-ins, but in Application Inactive Add-ins section and the user must click on go, and then check the box to activate it.  This happens every time that Outlook is restarted or the computer is restarted.  Someone at - he seen elsewhere deliver and have a fix?  It is a machine of Windows 7 pro running Adobe Acrobat X and office 2013 (installation of cloud).  Office and Windows are all patched and up to date.  Running "check for updates" in Acrobat says that it is up to date also.  Thanks for all comments or help in advance.

  Sounds like the security settings in the registry for Outlook Office/2013 2013 are blocked and do not let you permantly change / adjustment.  This has more to do with the Office that he does with Acrobat, so you can go to the MS website to see where these settings in the Windows registry.

  Hello Emlyn John Powell, welcome.

  This could be caused by a number of things. I recommend to try this first:

  1. open Outlook
  2. go in (top) tools > Options > Search Options
  3. uncheck the box next to your mailbox name
  4. click 'OK', then 'apply '.
  5. close Outlook completely (restart the computer if you must)
  6. open Outlook and see what happens

  7. then go to tools > Options > menu of Search Options and re - activate Indexing
  8. click 'OK', then 'Apply', and then restart your computer

  Use the version of Firefox ESR ( http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all.html ) which is the one that Adobe apparently officially supports and works.

  All versions of Outlook import in Thunderbird the same way.

  They need for Outlook must be installed and only the PST files in the default outlook defined and loaded in Outlook will be imported.

  The Adobe Reader plugin is not supported in Chrome. The chrome team decided to withdraw the support of plugins like Adobe Reader NPAPI. Here is a blog that describes their decision - chrome Blog: The Final Countdown for NPAPI

  On Windows, it is always possible to change the behavior to look at a PDF Chrome default by configuring plugins (chrome://plugins).

• Adobe send work with Outlook?

  I got SendNow and it worked great via Outlook.  I was able to just tap on answer and send large files.  With the new send I do not see how to do and it is quite annoying to have to go back and type addresses... especially when the old system worked fine! Thanks for any help you can give me!

  Win 7 / Firefox 10.0.2.
  I have problems with the flash player. Almost all sites tell me I need more later to display, download, etc. FF check your site plug-ins using it tells me that the above, must be updated. I click on update, go through the motions, the site of Adobe Reader 10.1.2 clear McAfee, click Yes, I want to save on downloads. I double click on the download. And I wait. Finally, I go through the whole thing again after 15 to 45 minutes. When I click on install, I get a saying that can run only a single instance of this.   The latest version is 10.1. Please see this but it looks like the plugin installed version is 9.5. You can check via Tools (Alt + T) > Plugins and also by typing on: plugins in the address bar (Address). If two versions of the plugin are available, you can disable the old version. Please note that it would be that the plugins check page is overloaded and temporarily unavailable at the moment.
