Cannot get rid of Adobe Shockwave Player 3.0.72.0
When I check to see if my Plugins are up-to-date, FF40 keeps telling me that my Adobe Shockwave Player 3.0.72.0 is vulnerable.
If I click on update now, a new tab with the same EXACT screen is up, that is my Add ons status. If I click Details I get a page:

Could not find Adobe Shockwave Download
The add-on integration FF 26 said shockwave must be upgraded. By clicking on 'update now' sending me to the Adobe shockwave download page that is labeled STEP 1 out of 3. I click on 'Install now' and are sent to a generic Adobe page which is obviously not part of the installation. There is a link in small print for shockwave at the bottom of the page. By clicking on that puts me right back to the page "step 1 of 3". And they pay programmers $150,000 per year to produce circular Web pages? I should change jobs.

This month of April, I bought the following noitebook computer: laptop HP Envy M7 - N109DX.
I understand that this computer is good for the games, although I have not used a lot for the game.
The Adobe Shockwave Player 12 version 12.1.7.157 is listed in the section of Control Panel programs and I understand some reading I have not you need the Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave player as the shock wave is more used for computers in games. However, I noticed that I get updates of Windows security for Adobe Flash Player, which is not installed on my computer, but no update to Adobe Shockwave Player security.
Also I get every so often here lately popup requests updated the Flash Player which I did not. With one of these popups, a warning came that it was a malicious site and do not update. I don't think that it was from my Norton Internet Security because it was not so marked and there no popup in the corner right to my taskbar, as do Norton warnings but filled the entire page. Maybe it was Microsoft, but I XE an early warning, so I don't know when the warning came.
My question: should I get updates of Shockwave Player, and I just ignore Adobe Flash player updates which seem legitimate. Also why I'm not getting updates for Adobe Shockwave Player or do me later?
PS: I'm not sure I have posted this on the right table.

I did the test for Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Shockwave and discovered that Flash Player is pre-installed with Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and automatically updated. It reminds me of some sort of Google Chrome. I had the test Adobe Shockwave, it does not, even if it is listed in the programs on the control panel. I also discovered that Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave are together the 10 Windows.
I think that I care about this because I'm not much of a gamer and discovered games I play work very well.

Note that the "Adobe" in front of the names of these applications ([Player] Flash and Shockwave)--> you are asking in the wrong place--> Adobe would be a better place to ask questions about these products.
Not to mention that it can be as simple games that you are trying to play is not compatible with the latest version of Adobe Flash Player or Adobe Shockwave.
My general suggestion is to uninstall all versions of Adobe all products listed in your Control Panel programs & features, restart your computer and manually download and install the latest version directly from the Adobe web site.
You can also try other browsers (Mozilla Firefox (15.x) or Google Chrome (I think that the latest stable version is 21.0.1180.89) to see how they react.)

Hello, I am very new to Adobe animate CC and I can't get Adobe Shockwave to run my swf files published by Adobe animate CC. whenever I try to download the program from the Web site, I wonder if I want to install a Nortan antivirus on my computer, I clicked on no and then I get a few unnecessary files on my computer which does not open:
I feel right quite lost now and don't understand what it takes to get my exported animation to work. I can export it as an MP4 Player and works fine in vlc player, but I need to be swf/flash format for download on Deviantart.
I also wanted to ask you, for doing animation in Adobe animate CC, is it possible to animate a lineart in another program like Photoshop and then export it to be animated and colorful in Adobe CC?
