Adobe stock keeps disconnecting me

Hello

I was in my account profile etc settings investigation, but I have not found how to, how often should I be disconnected, I found nothing to do, even not the possibility, to state it diary. I'm worried about security, I want to be able to work - looking photos constantly without a break, I don't have the time to log in every few minutes.

Can someone who is Adobe explain that to me and to repair or change settings, so we can decide how many times, or if ever we want to close the session and is not some stupid automaton me will disconnect every few minutes. God I hate robots!

Don't know what could happen, but can empty your cookies and browser history and see if this corrects the issue?

It is using the Adobe website, adobe does everything possible to stop people making this request. I go around and on the menus contact, and Adobe "grouped" cancellation of Stock and CC to discourage the disconnection. I'm trying to find how to cancel ACTIONS without cancel CC.     I'm trying almost all of the methods listed as rename folders, delete files, etc. as mentioned on the forum. Nothing seems to work because it keeps disconnecting me as soon as I log in. Now, I get an error 16 when I try to access any other adobe program he told me to uninstall and reinstall those. I tried to reinstall CC with no luck either.

  • File Adobe Stock vector keeps pixellisant when placed in InDesign

    I bought this vector AI on Adobe Stock. Works beautifully in Illustrator (I made a few changes), and that you want to place in InDesign for a poster, but it horribly pixelated that I drag from one program to the other, except in the libraries of CC and drop, save under, pdf, psd or png before placing them. Re-uploaded original version unedited. Don't look at what, the image is perfect until it is opened in InDesign. Then she rasterizes to extreme levels. It seems there will be no change in the quality of resolution or image when I check vital signs. I have not had this problem before. Thanks for any help.

    If the placed graphic is vector pure without transparency applied after you bought it, it should appear as pixelated when opened in an exported PDF/X-4 document.

    Unless:

    You rasterizes the vector information through the flattening of transparencies may on export to PDF.

    And you did not use the standard preset PDF/X-4. Maybe you have exported to a PDF format requiring its flattening of transparency.

    Try the following:

    Create a new document.

    Place the image on a blank page by using the set command.

    Do not use a CC library this time.

    Export page in PDF/X-4 (with NO downsampling; you must change the default settings for this).

    Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro or Adobe Reader.

    Zoom to more than 1000% and make a screenshot of part of the graph that should be as a vector.

    Dear Sir

    I want to register for an account with Adobe Stock, but I constantly get an error message (a system error has occurred). All payments (amex) and details of the invoice are correct and I have tried several times in different browsers (chrome and firefox) and emptied the cache. I am Amsterdam (Netherlands), the base, which should not be the problem either.

    A trying to reach here Adobe customer service in the Netherlands, but given online contact information (Adobe Nederland - support: Adobe products ) seems incorrect. Disconnects the telephone number and the e-mail address is no longer used.

    Please advice.

    For the last 24 hours, I am getting a 400 error when I try to go to a page after a search, and also when I try to watch my licenses.

    The answer to this question will depend on the context of the clips in the movie. If they add to the main value of the film then, you would not be able to use them (for this type of use, you must buy an extended license available at Fotolia.com). Another couple of things to keep in mind, the clips can be used in a way that could be perceived as offensive by a model if you need to stay away from political agendas, adult content or anything that could be perceived as offensive. The execution limit is 500 000 so if you are expecting a higher number in the view that you would not be able to use a clip of Adobe Stock.

    If, however, the clip is used as an accessory such as the subject of the film is watching TV waiting for a phone call. You can use Adobe Stock clip as the video be viewed on television in the scene. An exception would be if the clip was watched on television and which gave rise to the order of the day for the entire file. In other words, if the movie was about the clip that would not be allowed. The clip can not be part of the main function. Please be sure to review the terms of the license agreement for more information on the permitted use.

  • Adobe Stock with Government Plans CC

    I'm trying to get my Department several plans $ 30 Adobe Stock and our buyer call Adobe to this end.  I guess that by a representative of Adobe, they were told that because we subscribe to the creative cloud with a Government plan, we could not get Adobe Stock.  I responded by stating that the representative of Adobe has clearly been either misinformed or had perhaps consumed gallons of paint to the lead as a child.  Anyway, I thought I post here to get official confirmation that it was false information, and that we should go to give money from Adobe that their own representative apparently wants us to keep. There is no prohibition on Stock for subscribers of Government, correct?

    Unfortunately, we cannot currently Add Stock to a system of Government.  We work for it as quickly as possible.  In the meantime, the best solution is to create a new team plan with a CC photography + subscription of Stock, and then adds that many Stock $30 plans as required.  Billing will be completely separated, but members of the team can use the same ID as their current Government plan.  Licenses will be pooled among all members of the team, and all unused licenses will roll over (up to 120 per plan).
