  Welcome to the forums. Adobe is a retention policy for the content of your Connect account. So, they will remain on the account until you (or another user) delete it or until the end of your Acrobat Connect Pro subscription.

  I posted the following on another forum of discussion, after I had a conversation with Adobe Store (registered):

  "I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional on my PC (part of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Standard - version upgrade). Although I'm not able to upgrade Adobe CS3 to CS6, I believe that it is possible to update Acrobat 8 Pro to the latest version. Most importantly, I want to install the upgrade Acrobat on my new PC running Windows 7.

  The serial number for my existing Acrobat upgrade version begins with 1118-xxxx, although the registered version of Adobe Creative Suite 3 upgrade begins with a different suffix.

  If I buy the upgrade to Acrobat 8 Pro, I learned that I can put the new upgrade drive in my new PC and I don't have any previous software [Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro CS3] on my PC. Is this correct? »

  Adobe Store said that a version of Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro starts with the 1118-xxx suffix would be acceptable and I could be updated regardless of the fact that it was a version of the Suite.

  It's important to me that I gave thousands of dollars to Adobe in the past and am unable to upgrade my version of CS3. Life is unfair, but it seems absurd and, based on the fact that Adobe and Adobe partners Web sites clearly indicate that a version of Acrobat 8 Professional can be upgraded, Adobe needs to clarify this issue.

  However Adobe Store does occasionally at their discretion provide concession / upgrade a product point as an exception based on purchase history and number of programs belonging to the individual.

They will help with purchase and download problems, but that's all.

  It seems that you don't know how the question slides are set in Captivate. The next button has a dual functionality: during the quiz, it's a Skip button, which means no results at all. It is necessary during the review to avoid blocking of the user on question slides. If you don't provide a review of the quiz, you can get rid of the next key completely. If you provide a review, drag the next under the Clear button button (can be done on the master quiz slides). This way it won't be visible during quiz, but becomes visible during examination where the Clear key is automatically deleted.

  This changed in Captivate 9, but you're still on 8.

  There is no way to get Acrobat 6 to be fully installed and works on any version of Windows beyond Windows XP, 32-bit only! There's a way to upgrade to cheap since Acrobat 6, who is now 6 versions behind the current version. Sorry!
