  Widget Browser disappeared.  Widgets are old, outdated and zeal by the developers to update wasn't there then Adobe pulled the plug on this subject quite earlier.  If you need widgets, check out the jQuery plugins.

  Muse does not make use of this feature at the moment, the Exchange for Muse library is maintained at http://muse.adobe.com/exchange.

• To access the Spry Widgets I just added with Adobe Widget Browser

  Just added a few new spry widgets to "My Widgets" in Adobe Widget Browser. All the instructions say I should be able to access these new widgets by: Insert > Widget >...   Problem is, there is no option 'widget' in my control panel "insert" CS4. Widgets only I have access are preloaded into the Insert toolbar.

  If they are in "my widgets" in the Widget browser, then they should also be loaded into my Dreamweaver CS4, right? Where are they?

  The button Widget is available at DWCS5.

  But you can add the code manually. After getting the widget that interested in your collection of my Widget, click to preview.  Now, click on the 'Save Widget Files' button (at the bottom of the view) to save the widget files to a folder on your site. One of the files that is stored in the file is a sample page that shows the widget working with the content of the sample. You can use this page as a starting point, or copy the code of the widget from this page into one of your existing pages.

  The widget browser was discontinued a couple of years. You might be able to use the Exchange to the Add-ons panel: Adobe Exchange. He says it's for CS6, then it might not work in CS5.

  The widget browser was abandoned several years ago, then you won't be able to use it to download widgets. If you already have a locally installed widget, I expect that you should be able to use the browser widget to set it up. CS5.5 is is no longer officially supported, so it's really a question to test yourself.

• Widget Browser error - cannot access widgets

  Dreamweaver CS6 on a Windows 7 PC.  Insert > Widgets reveals no widgets available.  Widget Browser, you get the following error:

  Accesses the URL referenced in the error manually via a web browser, although it redirects to https://creative.Adobe.com/addons .  Have one username valid from Adobe.  Adobe AIR is installed. 

  Really need to widgets - specifically the Spry Image slideshow widget.  This problem can be easily solved?  Or y at - it another way to get/install the code of the Spry Image slideshow widget?

  For a slideshow, simply Google the topic and you will find a lot like JQuery Cycle Plugin
