  I'm just trying to use the advertising Service for one of my app. I followed the instructions in the documentation here , but the link to sampleApp is broken.

  When I add "import bb.cascades.advertisement 1.0" in my qml file, I get a 'bb.cascades.advertisement is not installed error.  So what am I missing here? You need a working example (QML)? Thank you!

  I finished my app and tested against TEST area ID for the BB ads service.

  How can I get my ID for box for my application?

  Should I first download version 1 on App world, ask to IDZone and include it in version 2 and make a final version?

  Hi Afonso,

  You will need to add a new application for your advertising service account. After it is added, you can display the zone ID by going to the "Application Setup" tab and then clicking the 'Manage' link associated with your application, in this perspective, there is a section "Existing areas", by clicking on the 'Code' link to view the ID of the zone.

  My apps name is exactly this: "ShortenThis!" for Blackberry Playbook"and I use the same expression in my description, as well as the future on the page and they have never said a word about this, they just added the little (R) and TM for it that's all.

  I have a service, I want to run under the network service on windows French account. Computer is not in the field, but in the working group.

  Service is installed via install and uses the WinAPI functions to get the name of a valid account of localized, which is the AUTHORITY NT\SERVICE NETWORK.

  The problem is that service fails with errors in the following event viewer:

  (1) service depends on the Net Logon service which failed to start because of the following error:
  The operation was successful.

  (2) this computer is configured as a member of a workgroup, and not as a member of a domain. It is not necessary to perform the service access network in this configuration.

  However, if I go to the properties of this Service, Log On tab and button Browse... to address the NETWORK SERVICE account, it sticks "Network Service" value in field and function successfully starts. Note that it may not resolve the display name 'AUTHORITY NT\SERVICE NETWORK'.

  Another thing is that when I put the computer in the domain that manages all the service suddenly starting with 'AUTHORITY NT\SERVICE NETWORK' account but the system does not transform it in "Network Service" on English windows.

  So is this a bug on a French OS? Is there a solution? How can I get programmatically "converted" version of the account name ('AUTHORITY NT\SERVICE NETWORK'-> 'Network Service')?

  We experienced a problem return to SAN replication recently after the maintenance of software packages. When we stopped all services SRM replication started. We could then restart RS and everything was fine. One of the services that we had to stop was the "VMware ride Service for Site Recovery Manager. This does not normally work however and the start is set to manual. I made several test stimulus plans last weekend and has never seen work. Anyone know what is this service?

  Not with Verizon, no. The 3 g iPhone is a GSM phone only, so you may still be able to use it with AT & T or an MVNO that uses the AT & T network. But it can't connect to the company of all CDMA based network.

  I have a number of web services on a windows server.
  These web services are for a program client (in vb.net), access and retrieve data.
  This client program are launching for the PC of the individual user.
  The above configuration is in a windows domain.
  Currently, web services allow anonymous access. This means that anyone in the Organization, with the correct URL is able to trigger the web service.
  We are asked to remove anonymous access and all forms authentication configuration.
  Questions

  1. What is the best practice for configuration for a web service for windows authentication.

  2. We also have a couple of unix servers. They are required to access the web services (with the correct authentication). How can I get a cross-environment configuration?
