  After Effects 13.5.1 hangs on lance for at least 7 minutes (probably more). Looks like it is stuck on initializing MediaCore.

  I searched a bit on the subject and I entered the active firewall all .exe files for the current version of AE.   Will try then? I've not updated AE to the latest version because it seems that the only change is raw photo. I hesitate to update from the update of CC 2015/nightmare.

  I think I have it solved. I don't know what exactly fixed, but I updated my driver GTX 970 and first and AE fired just above.

  The problem did clear when I've updated the previous version of the driver, it was some time after that.

  It's corrected now. That's all I'm worried!

  I have not used After Effects in some time, and after starting it recently that I quickly stuck on "initializing MediaCore.

  I tried:

  -Updated all my programs, drivers, and the after effects itself (Lateset CC version)

  -Reinstall after effects, Photoshop, Quicktime

  -Remove all plugins

  -Removed preference files

  -As Admin

  -Deletion of AE all files associated with

  Here are the errors I get:

  SplashScreen starts normal but the text simply says "Initializing MediaCore '

  Freezes for 1-2 Minutes

  SplashScreen farm

  This set of errors pop up:

  "Library of Photoshop failed to load. PSD files will not be supported. You may need to reinstall. »

  Then "After effects WARNING: unknown Exception.

  Then "after effects error: cannot unlock an unlocked list.» (4: 27)

  Then "after effects error: current Crash.". Last logged message was: 7116 > < GPUManager > < 2 > Sniffer result Code: 3

  This error is sometimes different

  And finally the last one said after "than the effects could not sue sorry... »

  QuickTime is newer 7.7.9 I remember only using QT 7.6.1 or something.

  After effects is the only program installed... so no PProHeadless.exe

  It's a new installation of AE which began with 13.6 and ended today with 13.7. some of the same measures interpreted as before and it seems that it is a corrupt user or something profile with the operating system. AE has created another user profile and launch it now!

  I had the same problem today when I tried to close the first pro cc 2015. I called support and said it was a permissions issue where my project folder. All I had to do was change the location of my project file or to change the name of the folder my project folder was in and the error messages went.

  I understand that you are unable to AirPlay from your Mac to your Apple TV.  Here are some troubleshooting steps that I recommend to go through this problem.

  Get help

  If you do not see the AirPlay icon , make sure that your Apple TV is awake and that it meets the system requirements.
