  I've just updated to ae cc 2015. First start, everything was fine, but second early on consequences, the only window I see is list of rendering, everything else is closed. I am also unable to open any new windows/pallets, because almost everything in the menu is grayed out. Reset preferences did not work. The only thing that has so far allowed has been reinstalled after effects. But I can't reinstall ae every day...

  I am running OSX Yosemite on a 5 k Imac.

  Lately I use After effects CC 2014. Now I had to experience, after having optimized (collapse transformation) pre model, the transparency of the global property no longer works.

  I can make keyframes, but the pre comp acts as my easy ease keyframes are hold keyframes. Btw If the transformation of reduction button is unchecked, it works very well but as I don't optimization features. There is a catch 22. Of course, I can go in my pre comp and set keyframes there, but it's pretty boring and seriously not the way to work.

  So is this a bug in CC 2014?

  Layer styles in a different order, so a lot of things can get the dirt with you to use them. They are still usable in complex situations, just apply them to the right place in your composite. I've never found a situation where I needed a layer Style and another effect that I have not been able to work around this limitation.

  There are other things that change the rendering order. After Effects only doing one thing at a time. The basic order made is registered directly in the timeline view. Here is a sample.

  Base with the layer Style effect is turned off:

  

  First mask 1 is applied to the layer, then mask 2 is subtracted by creating the hole

  Then fast blur is applied, then bbad edges to create the button with rounded edges

  It will record the processing controls and the anchor point is evaluated, the position reported, then scale, then the rotation and finally the opacity

     2. Mask 1 is added to give rounded corners
     3. Mask 2 is subtracted to puncture the hole

  4. Bevelled outlines is applied to the demo using the alpha chanel
  5. Now the adjustment layer is added to the mix
  6. Mask 1 is added, and this limits the area in the underlying layers, where the effects applied to the adjustment layer will work
  7. Mask 2 is subtracted from her prick a hole in the adjustment layer effects
  8. The fast blur is added don't blur than the lower edge of the button

  You have activated the switch to auto update.  It is found in different places depending on your version of AE.

  After the last update CC, I have a big problem. There is a problem of sound reproduction of the AE through the Media Encoder. When I export directly from AE everthing is fine but when I send the export files via dynamic links to the Media Encoder I get wrong its encoded at the last second of the clip. Curiosly there is a part of the track to another point on the same track in there. There is a sharp break and then in the last second you can hear just a random sound fragment (in this case a femal voice). It's hard to describe.   This problem is fixed in update fixes after effects CC 2015.3 (13.8.1). This update, available now, can be installed by using the creative Office Cloud app, or by choosing Help > updates within any Adobe application.

  After selecting a Lip Sync Audio Input and choose the command "Split Lip Sync in visemes" menu, the application will create a cascade of struggling within the timeline.  Each is an individual viseme and can be removed, trimmed, slit, duplicated, etc..  Do not specify the names of take what viseme is represented, but moves the needle of time on making will show the viseme in the places Panel.  Note that we are working on a more editing experience.
