  @dissidently: you can define a shortcut for the command to update all the links. It is in the area of the Menus in the Panel of the keyboard shortcuts dialog box. Search for "links: update all links.

  @Sandee: I assume that the original poster is using some sort of application (such as VNC) on his iPad, screen sharing put his Mac mirror. The small tiny button, he mentioned may be the yellow triangle with an exclamation point that appears on the top of the picture frames has changed-but-not-yet updated in ID.

  Photos opening are exported during the migration process and opens in Preview/Photoshop. Tried with a variety of photos with the same result as well.

  1. Turn off apply tone auto under Lightroom preferences settings
  2. Restart Lightroom and then import images again.

• Update all links at once?

  I had problems with broken links.  Others in the forum thought it was because of too many spaces in the folder/file names.  I am trying to remove the blank spaces by renaming the files/folders.  Whenever I have rename something DW CS4 ask if I want to update all the links.  I say "update" it takes forever and I have tons that remains to be done. .

  Is it possible that I can say 'do not update', change all file/folder names and THEN tell DW to update all the links, so I don't have to go through the update once?

  The short answer is no.  As you make multiple changes, DW must be updated after each change and there is no way to remember each change later to make a final update of multiple changes.  Either you do the update at each change is made, or you do not update.

  Now, you can remember all the changes that you are doing and find a site-wide, and replacement yourself later.  You will need to remember every change however and do a search and replace for everyone.

  After Update 9.2, then 9.2.1 I update applications download in iTunes and sync then peripheral.  9 app and iTunes updates show that they are copied and synchronized.  But the insignia of the App Store on iPhone still shows 9 available updates.  In the App Store, the 9 apps show as 'open', but 'install all' is grayed out.  I opened a few apps in the App Store or on the usual icon, and they seem to work ok.  I tried to restart and reset, but badge always shows a number.

  BTW, have also an old iPad and iPad Air now with 9.2.1 and this issue is not present.

  Maybe the extensions of a problem. I suggest that you try to use

  • Questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode <-clikable link for instructions.
  • do NOT change in the first window, just click on continue
  • Use only the default firefox theme
  • If you continue to have problems; While still in safe mode, and then disable all plugins

  It is also worth trying to make sure that all extensions are uptodate

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

• With the new updates my links are not working and images that extends

  

  You can see the looks of fine design window and the preview has problems, it replaces the file with the other images.  More links have stopped working in some cases, I try and connect to them but it still does not work. When I have that I re-related and re updated the images but the random problem continues to be. Very relative and become costly problems, please help with suggestions.  I already had the stretched images came from time to time but now it's a huge problem.  I can't update my content and my users are getting bored.  Please help or let me know how I can change back to the previous version.   Thank you.

  I met the problem with stretched images.

  I solved it by ensuring that the images that I am importing have the value 'Size' original in the fitting.

  (I had to check my "Scale to fit" images in the box, I had images larger then the size of the final box)

  Just go back and do your images are sized to the width of the boxes horizontlly.

  Stats from the image below:

  Box size = 125 X 185 h l

  Image size = 125 X 125 w w

  Mounting = original size

  Position = high in the Middle

• Can I decompress after updates that they are downloaded?

  I forgot to select 'download and unzip '.  I need them unpacked, because they are easier to import into MS Deployment Toolkit.

  Q: could HP please consider releasing updates of files in CAB driver by system and for WinPE too, like the Dell? This allows us to save a lot of time!

  Unfortunately, there is no way to decompress SoftPaqs that have already been uploaded with SDM. However, you can decompress the SoftPaq using command line switches. Here is the code snippet with the command line switch information:

  A SoftPaq file decompression

  SP # .exe - pdf - f < path > s

  Where

  SP # .exe is the Softpaq to unpack.

  -pdf is a switch schedule execution that overrides the build settings.

  -f < Path > is an execution timer which replaces the default path set to compile.

  s loads the package to unpack in silent mode, jumping the home screens, license and directory.
  
  Otherwise, you could open the download SDM directory, delete the SoftPaqs you want unzip and download them sure again that you select the option 'Download and unzip'.
  
  Regarding the second part of your question, we'll pass the suggestion along to the appropriate groups because we are not responsible for editing SoftPaqs. This team manages only technical problems with the application of SDM.
