I don't remember installing any software a month ago with the exception of Windows updates that I can't uninstall (the button uninstall is hidden for some updates). Any help I can get would be much appreciated because it is very frustrating to have hard to start my laptop several times a day in order to continue to work on this.

  I had this problem with Firefox version 15 and found out it was because of the theme I had installed. As soon as I changed back to generic theme of firefox browser was able to move freely again. Some themes work very well but there are some that causes this problem of the browser do not move with left click the top title bar.
