  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you are facing some print quality problems on your HP Officejet 4620 you cannot print in black ink.

  You have completed all THE steps listed here: printer does not print black ink or color of ink or prints blank Pages, without success.

  Please note: there are three stages of print head cleaning. Three steps if necessary. If the print head is badly clogged, it may require another round of cleaning. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last step of cleaning (third) to start the first stage of the cleanup process.

  If you are unable to print in black ink, I think that the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge.   Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

  If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

  The problem you describe looks like you are maybe install the wrong driver for your sound card.
  Have you checked that the driver is for your specific device?
  If you look in your system's Device Manager, is there a yellow exclamation next to the audio controller?
