It is difficult to understand, from your description, what is your problem. What is your view or is it a slow response? When computers are running OK in Mode safe mode but not in Normal Mode, it is usually caused by a program that runs at startup in Normal Mode but not in Mode without failure. To debug this type of problem, you must use "msconfig" to enable / disable startup items until you find the source of the problem.

Windows Update tried to install "10 updates important" for several days, and all have failed to install. I have tried everything I can even, at one point, purchase ImproveSpeed that one of the web pages of Microsoft directed me, claiming that would fix it. Nothing I've tried has solved the problem and I've tried everything but manually change the registry which I don't feel comfortable doing so. I spent $ 40.00 for ImproveSpeed and that has not worked... Please, someone, please help. This is nutz.

Rhea answer Desk technology, was correct: since "Mainstream support" for Vista SP2 ended on April 10, 2012, Microsoft offers is no longer support for security updates. Similarly, MS has not offered this support to users of Windows XP to the last few years. [Yes, this is all very confusing!]
PS: If a technician of the Office of response can not get your problem solved in the first 15 minutes (free), they will want to access your computer remotely in order to help you further (in most cases)- but only after you have paid the Premium support fees. For these last days were able to load anything within the Firefox browser. No error messages, simply login on the tab page capable of loading on other browsers, but I greatly prefer Firefox.
Have tried to restart the browser, restart the computer, deactivated the plugins, started the browser in safe mode, uninstalled and reinstalled, reset Firefox, installed any windows updates complete required computer, do analyses, the antivirus scans.
It is possible that your security (firewall, antivirus) software blocks or limit Firefox or the process of plugin-container without you inform, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.
Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and allow your firewall to ask permission to get access full and unrestricted, again to install for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

Can not reset the page to the new tab. Have tried everything listed on this site.
Somehow my the new tab page changed. Instead of the new default page its search.conduit tab. I tried to type in the topic: config in the address bar and changing the browser.newtab.url back to about: newtab but it won't save my changes. I can type in the new address, but as soon as I click ok it is still the search.conduit. I checked that I have no Add ons and any additional toolbar. I've tried everything.
You can check in "Windows Control Panel > programs ' recently installed programs see if something Conduit or any other suspicious software appears.
You can uninstall or disable the extension value Apps 1.3.0.2.

I tried 3 pairs of speakers front, rear, type usb, plug type. Initially, it stopped working, then computer has crashed, I had fixed it, now always the speakers out no sound - whistle just let me know that they are connected. The computer says that they are working correctly, however they do not have. I did in December sync my new Kindle but that is the only change to the computer. Any suggestions? The repairman will come back next week but in the meantime I would like sound. It will not play music - either from Pandora or CD computer. Thank you!!

Phonetic, you experience a card number. I don't know how helpful this will be but have tried to reinstall the sound card drivers? What kind of sound card do you have? Have you tried the speakers with other computers? What kind of computer do you have? What version of windows is running?

Three options.
1: take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.
2: any shortcut you use to launch the window, right-click, and select Properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down list, choose "expanded".
3: IE New Window Maximizer (for IE only)

I have a Dell Inspiron 3521. It was 8.1 on Windows and I installed Windows 7 Pro OEM 64 bit. I delete the old file of windows. I was able to install all the drivers from Dell Web site, but I can't seem to find a way to get the right driver for the "network controller". I have tried driver identifier and it shows me two missing drivers: 1: BCM43142A0, 2: network controller.

The last Reference Dell driver for the Dell Wireless 1704 map is 6.30.223.228. You can also try the later card Dell Wireless 1708 6.30.223.245 (both are adapted Broadcom drivers) first directly and then in Device Manager.

It keeps giving me this error: the system is to reinstall a totally new - the first thing I did was to go to windows update and this is the error I get.
Have disabled virus and firewall, and does not use a proxy server. Have tried most of the suggestions but no use. Have reinstalled windows three times with the same problem. Never had a problem before. Please help if you have any ideas.

What is the attachment in the email that you are unable to open? If so, follow the steps below to define which program you want to open an attachment with.
· Click with the right button on the attachment
· Click Open
· Click Save to disk
· Locate the attachment file where you saved in the previous step
· Right-click on the attachment file
· Click Open with
· Select the program you want to run the program
