Agent logged in check with IPCCX 3.5.3
I've created a script from various other sources that we use in our support center to the calls of the queue.
We doing a day of week and time of the recording of the day to ensure that the service desk is open. What I want to do is to check to see if there are agents connected to take calls and if not send users to your voicemail. I joined my current script. I can't get the agent logged in check works. Someone has any suggestions how to make this assuming that it is possible with IPCCX?

Strange. It seems that the number of agents connected is not reported correctly. I am trying to create a rule that generates an alarm whenever the data collection is stopped. I tried to choose the type of topology as "Agent of the State" to the scope of the variable as being "running but does not collect not data ' and 'AgentManagementSystemEventType' with the variable scope of 'stop data collection' but cannot write the condition that there is no specific property that can be learned from 'the Agent logs.
I want to shoot the officer of newspapers so that each time, the agent is stopped, the alarm should be triggered.

Regarding "agent agent hosts.png", I would recommend that you upgrade to the current version of FglAM.
Regarding "Fixing Agent showing X.png", I would recommend that you migrate far officers inherited from the BONES to the agent of the Infrastructure. I just upgraded my 10.1.3.5 at 11.1.1.7 ODI and has encountered some problems. When I run one of the interface with the 'Local (agentless)' (via ODI studio Designer in which the ODI software is installed, say Server A), it can complete successfully without error. But if I run the same interface with specific agent (also via ODI studio Designer in Server A), it will fail. In fact this specific agent I is also located in Server A. The error message is as below:

Since seems can't find the json.jar file (actually it away under % ODI_HOME %), I tried to include the middleware library path (C:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\common\misc\11.1.2.0), which has the json.jar in the ODI_ADDITIONAL_CLASSPATH in the file odiparams.bat in the folder and restart the agent. Some approaches for you to consider:
1 Add a resistor or a few resistors to each card. Measure the resistance before applying all power to the i/o lines. The code of the resistance (s) to identify the class of Council (current or voltage) and rank (if applicable). Simple jumper on the unused pins of the connector can also be used.
2 measure the input impedance (or at least the resistive component) before turning the power on. An input voltage device probably has a high input impedance while the current input device has a low input impedance. It could detect and reject some devices with resistance to entry incorrect installed.
3. use a camera to determine which device is connected. (This should satisfy your request to be informed!)
4. you can replace the operator with a robot, but the robot would still need to use something like 1, 2 or 3 to identify the boards.
5. use edge configurations physically incompatible connectors/card so that the cannobe Board connected to the tester bad.
