Come al solito tutte the volte che it e by cc, this sound thousand un aggiornamento difficolta da superare; Questa volta mi succede questo: ogni volta che accendo it pc if after he cc e mi of di fare aggiornamento alla versione 2.13.121, ok, seems to che vada tutto bene ed invece alla fine della procedure di film... sorpresa cc no e number.
Ho tried ad installarlo dal sito ma who mi dice che azione non e andata a buon fine by it classico error 50.
È una soluzione a tutto questo? Possibile che, siano sempre tutti questi problemi?

Downloaded the installer of creative cloud. When I double click on it, I get a message that it does not. El Capitan OS X 10.11.3 running.

As you mentioned that the installer of creative cloud is not replying to the questionnaire, please disable Antivirus, firewall computer temporarily and try again. If it still does not work, please download a fresh install and install from: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free trial Adobe Creative Cloud.
Just in case if it still does not work, please follow the troubleshooting steps shared here: error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.

Hi Ron,
What do you mean exactly? The creative cloud App is just that - a stand-alone app that manages your subscription CC, including the app updates and active such as files and fonts.
You want an icon to click to run Lightroom? In this case, you would start Lightroom (not CC App) and either "pin to taskbar" (Windows) or "Keep in Dock" (Mac). If you need help doing that, just tell us what operating system you are running. If this isn't your question, please clarify what you are asking.

Can not download applications on the Cloud Creative - error 119
I try to install the free trials for some applications (Photoshop, After Effects, first) and when I try to download it I get this error message.

Recently upgraded to cloud creative Photoshop 2015.5. It keeps stop unexpectedly. Hi all
I just signed up for the Cloud creative photography package and Setup is just stuck around 40%. I have no error message or anything, it's just hanging there and it won't let me not even stop the download to restart it no more.
Any ideas?

Looks like it was a problem of firewall network for me. I moved to another network to give it a try and it installed fine. Don't expect Lightroom to settle now.

It 1st of I was using creative cloud and the Adobe Suite on my iMac fine. Today creative cloud is not loading - I see a white screen on the drop approx.
When I go to open Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, I can't - I get the message
"Adobe Application manager is needed to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Application Manager adobe.com/go/application manager "."
So I followed the link, then tells me:

I can't reinstall creative cloud without uninstalling my version (which, according to my account, is the latest version, I think)

I decided to try and install the Application Manager, even if I'm on a subscription to Adobe to see if that can help, but got this error message:

Creative cloud works fine on my MacBook (same account).
I have three questions:
(a) what is happening and what I need to do?
(b) all made this experience / what did you do to fix?
(c) why this random happen? It is incredibly annoying, as is the case for no apparent reason.

Right have so this problem started about two days ago. Everything was fine before this. But later I decided to uninstall after effects and reinstall. When I press the button install, it repeats that the installation failed. I have tried everything what using the creative cloud cleaning tool, reinstall creative cloud, reinstall something @adobecare me and even tried switching of accounts on the laptop. Literally, this error only happens that products Adobe who are decimal numbers in their labels for example "photoshop 2015.3 CC. But when I try to install Adobe products that do not have the decimal number, they install successfully. Really, please help me.
