Air runtime

Helle everyone. I live and work in Paris as a photographer ( http://www.jaimephotographie.com/ ) in your theme reader, that you can read on the Air runtime, but intel mac 10.4.10 with safari engine when I ask to load the very bad window apears.
It seams not that I touched in an installation window but I can't the end in my applications.
First of all, I want to know what is good for her, and how it works
Maybe I can start translating in french for a new community of language.
Thank you

Hello, a photographer in Paris, this looks like a dream job. :-)

The kuler desktop is built in AIR and is currently an RSS reader for kuler themes - see the highest rated, popular and newer themes, and research (e.g., autumn07). Under the name AIR developing features, it the kuler desktop.

You must install the AIR runtime first, and then the kuler desktop.

You can't do that. The AIR runtime is part of the operating system. The BONES of the PlayBook does not intend to be updated. AIR 3.5 will be available on BB10 10.2 +.

  • Cannot download Adobe Air Runtime

When I go to this site: Adobe - Adobe AIR there is a download now button.

When I hover over this button, the associated URL shows as: www.adobe.com (I was expecting the URL is an address that would automatically begin to download the latest version of Adobe Air).

When I click on the download now button, you will see the web page.

I tried three browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE)... same problem.

I've tried two different computers (both running Windows 7 64 bit, with all the updates of Windows installed except those just released November 10, 2015)... same problem.

I am able to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (which is a different URL the URL for Adobe AIR that I mentioned in my first sentence above), but I can't download Adobe AIR.

I think that a clue to this problem lies in the fact that a generic URL (www.adobe.com) is associated with the button download Adobe AIR now.

  • Why Android ask me to install the AIR runtime...

Why don't the emulator ask me to install the AIR runtime - then he moved?

    Thank you

    Robert

If you use adb, run adb and have it add the Air runtime for your emulator (for example, emulator-xyzw):

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Android\android-sdk\platform-tools\adb s emulator-xyzw install F:\Downloads\AdobeAir\AdobeAIRSDK\runtimes\air\android\emulator\Runtime.apk

Your order will be different.  However, it won't much, if any, shorter, unless you add the adb to your system path.  If you navigate to the directory where you extracted the Adobe Air SDK (AdobeAIRSDK\runtimes\air\android\emulator\Runtime.apk), you can use:

    ADB-s emulator-xyzw install Runtime.apk

If you use adt, you use something like:

    F:Downloads\AdobeAir\AdobeAIRSDK\bin\adt - installRuntime-platform android - device emulator-xyzw-package F:Downloads\AdobeAir\AdobeAIRSDK\runtimes\air\android\emulator\Runtime.apk

If you add adt to your system path, and if you navigate to the directory where you extracted the Adobe Air SDK (AdobeAIRSDK\runtimes\air\android\emulator\Runtime.apk), you can use:

    ADT - installRuntime-platform android - device emulator-xyzw-package Runtime.apk

  • CS6: AIR (runtime embedded) creates a large number of files instead of an exe file

I want to pack all the necessary sources for my application into an exe file (windows system 7).

In Flash Professional CS6 I chose: file-> Public settings

    Target: AIR 3.4 for desktop

Parameters of the AIR: export in the form: Application with the runtime shipped

    Window style: Chrome system

    Render mode: Auto

Profiles of office / Extended Desktop

Then I pressed on publish. I got the message "Application with the embedded runtime has been created.

What I want: a single exe file without dependency on other files/directories

What I got is a structure of directories like this:

    Untitled - 1.app

    Adobe AIR

    META-INF

    MimeType

    Untitled - 1.exe

    Untitled - 1.swf

In this directory, my Untitled - 1.exe starts without problems.

But if I copy the exe file (and ONLY the exe file) to another directory

and try to run it I get the message of AIR was not found.

So my assumption was right that not all necessary files were packed.

How can I present all the necessary files/directories in an exe?

    Hello

This is a limitation of - windows operating system. The .app embedded on Win application package will appear in the directory of the file.

    Untitled - 1.app

    Adobe AIR

    META-INF

    MimeType

    Untitled - 1.exe

    Untitled - 1.swf

If you look, Adobe AIR contains the AIR runtime required to run the .exe application. Therefore, you must copy all the contents of the Untitled.app folder on the victory.

  • Possible to pack the Air runtime with mobile application?

Many friends told me that if my mobile needs something else to be installed to run application, they will stop. According to me, unless the majority of installed mobile Air runtime in the future. We need to make the installation easier to use.

Can I bring the runtime with app? Or is there another autour work?

Flex 4.6 / 3.0 introduced captive Runtime, Air which is exactly what you're asking.  You choose the version of Flex/Air to include in your application and it comes in the build.  This was the only option for iOS, but is also now available for Android.  When you export a Release version of your project in the latest version of Flash Builder, there is an option tab deployment "export application with the runtime in captivity".

  • Can I access a captive AIR runtime package files

    Hello

I wonder if it is possible to access a file that is delivered in an application of AIR runtime in captivity. Y at - it something like File.applicationDirectory that points to the content of the package itself? I would like to group the files in my application and accessed during execution.

    Thanks for any help!

All assets of file can be included in a library. Just include a library of components with your version of the app.

Use a relative path to the src directory in your Gael to reference the file as any URI.

  • Adobe Air runtime-setting automatic update

Adobe Air runtime auto-updates to update itself without any notification or application on my Mac OS x 10.6.7 computer. I don't like this behavior. Is it possible to change it?

Please see our document to disable automatic runtime updates .  However, please be aware that our updates include new features and bugs and security fixes.  I would certainly recommend keeping an eye on later versions and install manually if you turn off updates.

  • AIR runtime on the Android emulator

    Welcome,

I have a problem with the AIR runtime on the Android emulator: after that I installed the apk from runtime (everything's fine) I try to install the helloworld.apk compiled with Flash CS5 + Ext. Andr

Well, I get this message "INSTALLED INVALID APK failed"

    Someone knows why?

    > Just one more question: can you explain to me why whenever I compile I return this messsage?

    >' No library was linked as a Runtime Shared Library (RSL) because of your publication settings: AIR Android '

Flash CS doesn't let you link libraries such as RSL in Android. You probably use a standard library, which by default is linked as an RSL. The warning is just to tell you that linking is overridden. (Text Layout Framework is more likely library). If you do not intentionally use RSL, or don't know what a RSL is, you can ignore the warning.

  • Why when I choose the option "embed air runtime associated with the application" it doesn´t work?

What does not work when you include AIR (called captive runtime)? You are targeting a version that is higher than what you have installed (- swf - version = 23 is AIR 4.0).

Some information on the application I am trying to install:

    1. the application descriptor file points to version 2.0 of the runtime. The application I am trying to install is bundled as a dmg.

    2. I have version 2.5 the Runtime AIR installed on this machine, so I don't know why there are references to the EULA in the log file.

    3. I'm not actively double clicking on the dmg file. The .dmg is actually installed by a third-party application via the command line.

Any ideas on what could happen here, or can offer any corrective action on how to get this application installed correctly?

    Thank you

    Sean

    Hi Sean,.

Thank you for bringing this up again.  I just took a quick glance to the State for the 2756259 and the 2756424 and they are both marked closed / fixed for AIR 2.6 which is scheduled for the coming weeks.

Bug 2756259 ("enigmatic error message when the installer fails with the"Adobe"this file in / applications") has been treated by having the AIR installer gives a detailed and understandable mistake so that users can manually deal with the presence of this file themselves.  The installation silently fails, but the message is now more readable.  We did not want to edit a file existing on the user's computer, this seemed the best option available.

Bug 2756424 ("execution of Setup fails to bypass folders with insufficient permissions during installation").  The AIR installer now automatically corrects the permission level of "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe", "/ Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Adobe ' and"~/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/www.macromedia.com"records.  It works in gui and silent modes.

In the meantime, feel free to send people to this message which contains a small AppleScript which attempts to address these issues.

    Thank you

    Chris

  • Install Adobe AIR runtime silent

    Hello

I know that this question is often asked, but I have not found a solution for the current version.

    I downloaded this version:

    http://airdownload.adobe.com/air/Win/Download/3.5/AdobeAIRInstaller.exe

    who is the last one.

I can run it and install on a clean system.

But I can't find a switch to do it silently. I'll always have the same result on the guest "too many arguments".

Why can not update us like other programs?

    Thank you

    Vincent

No problem for me when running on XP.  You spend more than just the - silent argument?
