Connected my iPad Air to 12.4 updated iTunes to iOS 9.3.2. Downloaded the update, and when I looked to the top of iTunes says it's "Waiting for iPad" iPad has the completely empty progress bar, and it does not move. It has been nearly half an hour. Advice on what I would do from here? Thanks in advance.

One irritating thing, however and this happens 8 times out of 10 when I update my household 2 iPads and iPhones 2, after the update, iTunes tells me something about how he couldn't recognize or connect to the device, and it does not appear in iTunes. I just unplug, check it has been updated, and when I plug it into iTunes again, it recognizes very well.

  • 2.7 air update problem

    Hi all

Uses a very useful desktop application called Rightmove - looking for real estate listings.

It has stopped working, and I wonder if it is from Air set itself updated to 2.7. The application crashes on the opening screen, and that's all. Have tried everything, including full clean and reinstall, restore earlier versions (2.5 and 2.6) of Air but no luck, it won't work and I NEED it! Was fine for months until very recently. Running Windows 7 Home Premium. I have the same problem with my netbook, W7 Starter running.

Here's the Setup log... oh... He was going to paste it here, now, I don't see how to that or to attach a text file! Help!

    Hi HelBel65,

It can be related to data corruption in the local data for your application. We heard that the local data can be damaged when updated version of the application, but the AIR team were never able to reproduce internally.

Can you try to remove the following file after making a backup copy of somewhere in another location?

[this is my case of path for change "BOLD" part as the case may be]

    C: \Users\\AppData\Roaming\com.rightmove.rmdesktop.303FAAB8E16C565CA4B74422796CD427470CE949.1

It is best to remove above file after first uninstalling the application. If the steps are:

    1. uninstall the application

2 uninstall Adobe AIR (just in case)

    3. remove the high back

    4. install Adobe AIR 2.7.1 (last version)

    5. install the Rightmove application

If you still see the same problem, please log a bug in the public bugbas so the AIR team can investigate the issue you have.

  • An unexpected error has occurred. Error # 16828 - Air update

I am trying to create a system update of my program of Air. The first application (release) is created in EXE (native installer). The new version is made for a file of the Air (AIR package). I get an error and the installation - an unexpected error has occurred. Error # 16828 - updated air.

If I do the first releaseas in the AIR package, then this error does not occur and updates take place correctly.

    Hello

I know exactly what you're trying to do, but the error you mentioned (16828) is equal to:

Impossible to update application, usually because the application is running in the AIR Debug Launcher (ADL)

Your application still work while you're trying to do the update?  You can take a look at the following developer article which addresses the techniques available for the update of the applications installed in native mode.

Update to Adobe AIR applications packaged with a native installer

FWIW, I tried a simple test, I created a native application Installer installed, launched, quit smoking, then created a .air Installer version and "replaced" the version I had already installed by double-clicking the .air file.  It worked very well and the app launched as planned.

    Thank you

  • AIR Update October 9, and the support of icon XXHDPI (144 x 144)

I just downloaded 3.9 AIR SDK & compile for Windows (ZIP, 204 MB). In the realease not it is said

    • XXHDPI (144 x 144) icon support - Android - with this feature, we added support for the icons of the beautiful high resolution on devices like the Nexus-10

Unfortunately in publish settings of my CC Flasch, there is still only 3 small icons available up to 72 x 72.

Am I missing something? How to get the icon of 144 x 144?

Hi guys, this works for BOTH Android and iOS, allows you to order:

-The missing icons should be added to the xml descriptor.

-The handle must be kept unchangeable so that flash will not mess with it.

-The missing icons ONLY, not the other icons, must be added to the files one by one. Not a folder.

-Do not also contain icons that flash allows you to manage, or he fires a conflict and refuse to publish.

    TIP

Keep 2 separate copies of the manifesto, one for Android and iOS and just copy and paste the file descriptor when you need it (anyway, switching between iOS and Android in the AIR post Panel, DELETES some data of the other platform (you have to manually return the icons and app id whenever you switch between the 2 methods of publication some stupid behavior of a piece of 500 euros to the software) ", this quite often leads to errors). But if you just copy and paste the right manifest, then put it read-only again, Flash dirty with her, and you can finally realiably have some standard steps.

    Additional icons:

    iOS:

    _icons/iOS/120-iOS.PNG

    _icons/iOS/76-iOS.PNG

    _icons/iOS/152-iOS.PNG

    Android:

    _icons/Android/96x96.PNG

    _icons/Android/144x144.PNG

These files must be added to the list amnually.

If, like me, you export it for both platforms, it will be convenient just keep all 5 of them added.

    Hope this has helped.

Versions of descriptor bolded appl Post edited by: DonMitchinson

Update - don't know if it's a bug, faulty design, installation problem or my misunderstanding.

I managed to do it working first changing that my Flex library to 4.5.0 - still did not work with current

App and update files mxml by using "2.6" for their versions of namespace. But I did at least

get the error number 16815 - indicating an error in the namespace version update of popup.

Leaving my namespace application version to "2.6" and by changing the "2.5" updated version... bingo!

I got my new autiomatically installed update.

Is it so it is supposed to work - or my runtimes are mixed?

It even will work using the Flex SDK 4.5.1? I'll soon find out

    Hope this helps others.

  • update of iOS 10 charging problem

After the iOS10 on my iPad Air update, I started to have a charging problem.  With the cable is connected, the battery icon in the top right would change at "no charge".  I had an extension cable usb between the lightning and the wall outlet cable.  I removed the extension cable and load began to work properly.  Replace the extension cable and deliver returns.

It's either a problem with the update or intentionally done to force people to buy Apple products.  What update of the system would interrupt the load with a replacement cable?

I use spare parts but IFM certified cables without any problem.

If your device does not load, try the procedure described in this article from Apple:
