  I have a survey form .fla file I adapted a fedback form work. They use .asp to compile and send an email, but I can't work on why the survey form does not work. Anyone would be able to run on this script and tell me if there is anything wrong with it. I've been going on it again and again, but can not see something wrong!

  There are many solutions. A more simple: put the text and the items colored in the back and put the 'shape' on it. Configuration of the 'shape' become transparent in a stationary state.

  In Canada, we have taxes

  I use Adobe Acrobat X (10.1.3) installed on Windows 7 to create pdf forms. My document is very similar to a "lined paper A4 notebook.

  See Doc.addField. If there is a model for the positions lines on each page, then you can generate the positions in JavaScript and use Doc.addField to set the text fields.

  The form is for an air show and we ask visitors to the site, what day you're planning to come - Saturday, Sunday or "Saturday and Sunday. They must select a day and can select both. I use MySQL to store the results and have set up a table with multiple columns, those of this issue is called "Saturday" and "Sunday". If the site visitor selects Saturday, then the Saturday column should be 'Saturday' and that if they choose Sunday then Sunday column should "Sunday." When a column is selected not the content must be Null. When I test here is the result:

  I tried to put each line of the form for amounts of specificity so that it ends at some point and does not change the text size to fit on the line but different key characters have different widths, so you do not get a length of the same line.

  I tried to remove the long text scrolling, but it changed nothing.

  I can create a text box great to fill out and have this scrolling of additional lines, but then I get too much information from people and I would need to clarify the lines behind the answer multi line text, or delete the lines...

  I usually just remove the lines and set the field "Does not scroll long text" so that all the text is visible. Including the lines is really only useful if the form may be printed and completed by hand, in which case you can use scripts as in this example is: http://acroscript.net/pdf/demos/multiLine_Demo1.pdf

  It works as expected in Acrobat/Reader, but not in Chrome and other PDF viewers who have little or no support for JavaScript. It uses scripts customized to validate on Focus and blur.

  For later use, it happened because your fields have the same field name, and fields with the same name automatically have the same value.

  So all you had to do was so each had a unique name and it would have worked, but using the command create several fields is preferable because it renames the fields for rename you them.

  ToolTips, if used, would be a brief description of the data to be entered in the field. It would not need to be the whole investigation. We could leave blank or us something like "select an Item."

  Edit the form fields so that they use Helvetica by 9 points. Do not set the Arial font. Acrobat/Reader will use a private version of Arial as a substitute for Helvetica. If you specify Arial, it will integrate the entire police (sometimes several times), makes that increase the file size unnecessarily.

  You can add a save button slot for your file, but not a button Save.
